Our 15th-anniversary gift is a nod to the evolution of Stil vor Talent: we present two 11 track compilations that will scratch every musical itch.

From the downright dirty dancefloor bangers to the gentler melancholic tracks more suited to the day-after-the-nights before.

Part 1 of the two-part compilation certainly stirs the pot.
Stil vor Talent’s young guns Sam Shure and Cioz bring a dose of youthful sass to the mix, sprinkling in layers of texture to create a lively, organic vibe, setting the tone for the rest of the album.

Swiss artist Kellerkind’s characteristic soulful house meets the collective enthusiasm of Township Rebellion to create ‘Bird Vision’, a slowly building, heavy-hitting cut which melts into high-tech aural sorcery.

Adding a dash of her very own nu-rave vibes, Deer Jade takes us into a groove portal with the mystical melodies and spaced-out sound of ‘Let Go’.

Rising star Yetti Meissner presents her first-ever release: ‘Nadir’. It’s deep, it’s dark and it’s safe to say that her energetic, gritty style of pure techno will shake the foundations.

“We Are the Light” is a progressive tunes that remembered us of many of the prog classics from the late 00s . Cuprite brings lots of old school elements and synths such as arps and stabs together with a strong bass line groove. The vocal feels especially reminiscent of the golden rave era.

On the Remix duties, label boss Morttagua brings a powerful melodic techno remix, with a lot of drive on its rolling bass lines, lots of atmospheres and new harmonies. Cid Inc’s Replug Records caps off a successful year by welcoming Dmitry Molosh back to the label for a new artist showcase. The Belarus native and progressive music favourite rounded out 2018 with his chart topping ‘Detektor’ EP for the Finnish imprint. 2019 has seen further successes, with EP’s for Guy J’s Armadillo Records and Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music sitting as the highlights. Now fresh off a contribution to Nick Warren’s Balance compilation, Dmitry lands back on Replug with ‘Cascade’.

Firmly sitting amongst progressive music's elite, Dmitry continues to deliver some of the genre's most beloved tracks with 'Cascade' being the latest in a long line of gems. Fuelled by rhythm and groove; it's chunky foundation, driving percussion and buoyant rhythmic core form the backbone of this exhilarating journey. Panning effects and emerging atmopheres smoothly segue into the main break, shifting the narrative further into melodic territory. Sitting comfortably in an ethereal yet emotive space, the lead motif rises, resonating on a warm and inviting frequency, gently evolving across a foggy atmospheric backdrop, before a gentle rush sparks a thrilling final act.

The companion piece ‘Step By Step’ follows suit with an equally impressive display of rhythm and groove. Spacious and energetic, it’s a creation built around rolling bass tones and vibrant chord stabs. The latest installment of our free download series welcomes Henri Hurtig aka Cid Inc back for his third appearance. 2019 proved to be another year of successes for the Finnish artist and Replug label boss. The March release of his well received ‘Via Karela’ EP got the year underway, setting the stage for contributions to Hernan Catteneo’s ‘Balance Presents Sunsetstrip’ compilation and the Armadillo Records ‘Fields, Vol. 1’ collection. October then saw Henri commemorate Replug’s ten-year anniversary with the Orsen collaboration ‘Ten’, before returning to Guy J’s Lost and Found Records with a chart-topping remix of Kasper Koman’s ‘Hi’ to round the year out in style. The beginning of 2020 has been equally inspired, with remixes for Beat Boutique and Einmusika, along with the March release of his acclaimed ‘Citadel’ EP. Having delivered his remake of James Holden’s ‘A Break In The Clouds’ to our series in 2018, Cid Inc now returns with his much requested edit of The Beloved ‘Sweet Harmony’ (Kosmas Epsilon & Zorz 'Northern People' Bootleg Mix). Released in 2004 as a white label only, the track proved impactful, earning play from a broad spectrum of A-list Djs and firmly etching its place in the history of progressive music. Long a favourite of Cid Inc, the Replug boss took to re-editing the classic last year, resulting in months of play from Hernan Cattaneo. Now after much demand we’re happy to offer the track as an exclusive free download. We hope you enjoy it.

Pretty much all of us know the movie “Inception”, right? Habischman wanted to create a song following this concept so when he bumped into Brydon Hulse from Skymachine they got into the studio and magic happened.

A Dream Within A Dream was recorded in London with a HA-872 microphone and mixed with an old analog desk, giving this characteristic sound to the song, after a 1-hour jam between Habischman and Brydon. Isn’t this magic?

Remixing this gem, Edu Imbernon in an unexpected journey to the 80’s sounds blended with flying melodies and a huge breakdown.

Aera is the second name for remixing. He loves the idea of dreams within dreams. Actually the idea of the main synth sound came to his mind one morning while waking up. It was only a matter of recording it!

Closing the release, a special 4/4 edit of the original for the late-night sounds lovers.

TRAUMWEG is a techno focused label that's sound fuses tough percussion with powerful melodies.

Prior to his EP on TRAUMWEG, Raniero had previously collaborated with Anthony Castaldo on a track that had been released on Carl Cox's Intec.

Raniero is back on TRAUMWEG for what's only his third official release, and his four original tracks are complemented by a remix from Erly Tepshi, who adds depth to the release with a melodic remix in the style he has featured on labels ranging from Click Records to Armada.

Opening with the cinematic style of "Forgotten Instants" the release picks up momentum with the strong offbeat rhythms and eerie atmosphere of "Hidden Memories". "Moments" has a poignant piano breakdown and compelling vocals fused with a deep techno groove, and "The Time Between Us" is an ambient soundscape that's full of suspense.

Erly Tepshi closes the release with his remix of "The Time Between Us" that adds percussive drama and epic builds to deliver a club ready version.
