After absolutely launching onto the scene in early 2021 with the Low Light EP, AM94 has taken the genre by storm, encapsulating both the light and dark sides of what drum & bass has to offer. This mix covers a majority of the liquid efforts from AM94 over the last 12 months, and if the below is anything to go by this man should be firmly on your radar. Having spent 2021 laying down nothing but absolute quality, AM94 has gone from strength to strength and continues to lay down a staple sound that drives rolling low end with deep impacting drums. Audibly and aesthetically brimming with class, you'll find AM94's discography not only on bandcamp but also all the other major music outlet stores, and i simply can't recommend his work highly enough, here's hoping AM94 continues to smash through 2022. Here's a handful of my favorite liquid pieces from the incredible AM94.

Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with the sounds of the one and only Joshua, "Where I Fall" leads the way. Slipping into a wonderful collaboration between Luhcy & SadAsh, "Holding On" is available now on soundcloud, links for both tracks below. Aydn's "Mosaic" is taken from a wicked double release out now on Inform Records. "Numb" by Noppo is part of a brilliant double release which is out now on Chronos. The "Mercy On Me" EP by nCamargo is out now on nCounter music, "Sentient" & "Got To Go" from that EP both feature. Some forthcoming action up in sixth spot from the amazing Ben Rolo, "Happy Go Lucky" is taken from the forthcoming "Distant Notion" EP by Ben Rolo which is due to drop at the end of January on Bay 6 Recordings, the title track alongside Dim Bolt also features just after 33 and a half minutes. Threyedens' brilliant new "Ice Peak" EP is now now Ignescent, the title track features just before 17 and a half minutes. Some forthcoming action from Phrase just after 22 minutes, "Winter's Touch" is taken from the Southern Lights EP which is due to drop on onesevenfour in early Feb '22, the title track alongside Lauren Walton also features just before 31 and a half minutes. River's "Alone" is out now on Incurzion Audio. Aperio's "Antwerp Nights" EP is out now on Galacy, "Switch" from that EP features just after 26 minutes with the title track making an appearance just before 39 minutes. Harking back to Option's wicked double release which dropped on Detached Audio this past Friday, "Mirror Of The Soul" features at 28 and a half minutes. "Rise" by the legendary Mage is out now on KillInc, and the wonderfully titled "Disappear" by Karma takes it's place near the end of the mix, it's a free download with the link available below. Over the last decade within liquid drum & bass Colossus has carved a truly phenomenal discography. Having made an explosive return to the scene in early 2020 with an army of solo pieces, EP's, collaborations which featured on prestigious labels such as Bay 6, Galacy & The Drum & Bass 4 Autusm compilation to name a few. He even threw down the fully fledged versatile multi-genre album "Third Face" which transparently represents his musical versatility, style and attributes. Colossus possesses an unrivalled style of sound which has been responsible for constructing some of the most gargantuan and beautiful pieces of music the liquid genre has seen in recent times and this mix goes through a vast majority of his releases in 2020 on top of a healthy dose of his releases between 2011 & 2016 alongside familiar names such as DnBethh, Imprint, Soul:Motion, HumaNature, K2T, Move mode, Enok & many more. Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix, for the third time in a row, with a track featuring Alexvnder, this time he teams up with Imba on the beautiful "Absolution". Invadhertz up next, the wonderful "Intoxicated" rolls in just before 2 minutes. Next up, one of the most beautiful tracks I've heard from Calibre, "Funny Games" is part of Shelflife 5 which was released this past Friday on Signature Recordings. The "Yesterday" EP is out now on Celsius Recordings, the title track features at 10:42. Thread recently came at us with an exquisite piece featuring Emily Lomas called "1714" which is available for free on Boey Audio. Speaking of free downloads, Dkay returned to gift us the wonderful "Cool September", link for that below. A man who featured in second spot last week, Modest Intentions is back again with the sensational "So Deep", again, a free download. Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with the title track of the sensational new EP from Chillhomers out now on Live History Recordings, "Kind Of Love" featuring Tracy Thorne leads the way. Locked with a stone cold classic, "Poseidon" by Spectrasoul dropped on Deep Soul Music in the summer of 2009. Up in third spot is a man who has obliterated his way through this latter half of the year and thrown down some of the best material to grace the liquid dnb scene in 2020, Colossus, with an unreleased beast of a dubplate in the form of "All Hours". Neuron's "My Love" in fourth spot is taken from the "Treatment Vol. 2" various artists compilation available now via the DNB Database. Going back to man of the moment, Colossus, he took on a delectable bootleg of leavv's "Mind Garden", currently up for free download on his Soundcloud, link for that below. Going back to the aforementioned "Treatmement" LP, "Energy Flow" by Zealous is up in fifth spot. Huge love going out to Detached Audio on their 5th birthday, to celebrate that milestone there's a 4 track EP out tomorrow (11/12) featuring the monstrous "Buried Treasure" by Bay 6 boss Echo Motion. Sticking with the topic of both labels, Detached Audio boss K2T recently teamed up with Rounder & Option on their forthcoming double release which is due to be released on Bay 6 Recordings this December 18th, "Heat Stroke" rolls in at 45:37. "Intimacy" by Perspective shift in 9th spot was recently released over on Glitch Audio, a label owned by the absolute legend that is Liquiddnbftw. Webby's "Somber" is a deeply pronounced and laid back roller which is available for free courtsey of MadWorld Recordings (link below). Joshua has been on fine form as always, simultaneously dropping two free downloads a few days back, one of them being "Never" (28:17). onesevenfour recently released a mammoth 20 track compilation which featured Twintone's wonderful "Celeste" (35:40). Big love going out to Laminar for the beautiful "Daybreak", available now on his own label Azure Audio. A few older pieces in here as usual. Solar Flare by Alexvnder was part of the "Outset" EP on Differential Recordings just shy of 3 years ago, marking their first ever release. "Go Through" by Mojoman & Nicolas Carl dropped via C Recordings in April 2016. The same year saw "Fleeting Love" by Monrroe grace our ears via Galacy, and sticking with 2016 once more, "Cotton" by XCUZMe was released on Bay 6 during July of that year.

Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with the brilliant "Los Pianos" from Gella which released this past Friday on Born On Road. DNB Dojo boss Hex steps up in third spot with some forthcoming action on Detached Audio, "Apprehension", "Absence" & the title "Distances" are all taken from a flawless 4 track EP due to release this Friday September 3rd. Dan Guidance & Fishy stepping up in fourth spot with an absolutely magical track called "In A World That's Ours", taken from an outstanding LP which is due to drop in the middle of September which also features "Brute" & "So Much". This past Friday also saw a brilliant 6 track from Light Monday come through Liquid Drops, the title track"Dreams" features at just after 6 and a half minutes. Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with a stunning piece from Joshua called "Voices From Elsewhere", locked with an Offworld classic, "Dust Bowl" by Silence Groove was part of the Forever Believe EP in 2015. More beautiful pieces from a man on form, Joshua, both "A Simpler Time" and "It Takes" are available on his Soundcloud for free. Low:r recently threw down a wonderful remix of "The Chimera" by Monika, also available for free download. The consistent combination that are Askel & Elere teamed up once again to bring us "Made My" via Soul Deep Recordings. Last week saw Bert H return to Fokuz Recordings with a brilliant double release, "Perfect Soul" alongside Sydney features in the mix. Fred V's "Light In The Distance" is part of his "Distance" EP out on Hospital Records, and Kontrast is a man on fire right now, he recently collaborated with Kin:etic to throw down the brilliant "Stay With Me", a free download (link below). Big shout out to friend and fellow YouTuber Joshua aka Liquidivine for his release over on Liquid Flavors Records, "Dreaming" features just after 31 minutes. Going back to Alexvnder's LP, other pieces from the album include the beautiful "Bliss" (49:49), the crazy "Contrast" (33:16) the dark and dangerous "Desire" (41:21) and the wonderful "Holding You" (9:32). A generous scattering of older pieces featuring this time around, "Another" by Calibre was part of the Dreamz Dub EP on CIA back in 2015, the mighty Marcus Intalex's "Steady" was the first "21" LP sampler which first graced us back in March 2011, 5 months later in August of 2011 saw the legendary Apex drop "Disconnected" on Fallout Recordings, October 2011 saw Blu Mar Ten throw down the "Love Is The Devil" LP which featured "Whisper" alongside Kirsty Hawkshaw. A decade old last month, Break's scorching remix of the classic "Clear Skyz" by DJ Die first dropped back in August 2009, and the timeless "Homeworld" by Phace & Noisia was released back in January of 2006.

Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with a stunning free download in the form of "Home" by Children of Our Stars (link below). Locked with a self released beast from PLTX, "Emotions" is up in second spot. Delving into the double release from Henry up in third spot, "Deeper We Go" released alongside "Dystopia" over on Skankandbass, link for those below. A piece from Mystific's "In Paradise" EP up next, "Dreaming With You" rolls in just before 5 and a half minutes, "Alone With You" from the same EP also features at 15:51. The Cherry Blossoms Vol. 2 LP is out now on Yumi Recordings, Twintone's "Living Five Point 0" from that album features just after 9 minutes. Mid December saw Fishy & Nostre's collaborative "Better Times" EP drop over on Smooth N Groove, both the title track (12:10) & "Shimmering Tramonto" feature in the mix. Big love going out to Sensus, the wonderful "Euphoria" drops at 19:53 which is currently available for free download (link below). Moving onto a whole range of Christmas free downloads now, first one's by fellow YouTuber Ledge, in the form of the beautifully haunting "Dorothy's Dilemma" (link below). Bone also gifted us with a piece of absolute magic, and threw down what is start to finish one of the most beautiful tracks of 2020 in the form of his bootleg of "I'm Lonely" by Luz. D Flect & K2T bring us some delectable December atmospheres and cheeky chops in the form of "A Blanket & Hot Chocolate" which is currently up for free download, link below. Stunna's utterly smashing VIP of "Signs" rolls in just after 34 minutes. nCamargo's festive gift is a deep and dangerous bootleg of "VIDÉ" by seeyousoon. The final present comes from Aperio, his bootleg of "Mood" by 24KGoldn drops just after 50 minutes. On the topic of free downloads, "Something Smooth" by Tarz is just as the title suggests and some, that absolute cracker is currently available over on Soundcloud link below, and last but by no means least, Rafau Etamski's sensational bootleg of the classic "Staying" by Koda is also available over on Soundcloud, link below. A few older pieces in here as usual, Alexvnder's "Laguna" is an unreleased dub, this early draft version was produced around 3 years ago. "Trick of The Light" by Tokyo Prose is on the "Wild Grace Part 1" EP on The North Quarter back in 2018. "What Ya Gonna Do" by the legendary Marcus (Da) Intalex was released on Flex Records back in 1994 & "Set It Off" by Friction & K-Tee was released on Shogun Audio in July of 2009.

K2T & D Flect came together on K2T's debut album available on Detached Audio, "Moments Fly Past My Window" is the penultimate track. Plenty of older pieces in here as usual, Alexvnder's beautiful tribute "Robison" was released just short of 2 years ago and on the theme of Alexvnder, I did a bootleg of a track of his called "Aire" which I'll go ahead and put up a link for tomorrow, a nod to Leniz & "Insecure" which dropped back in November 2017 on C Recordings. The legendary Marcus Intalex & S.T. Files' "Moonwalk" fell on Renegade Hardware almost 20 years ago back in October 2000. "Closing Doors" by Calibre found its way to Signature back in 2011. Satl's "Say ULuv Me" was part of the "Good To Me" EP on Fokuz in 2017. Bert H & High N Sick combined to throw down Kiss Me on the same label the year previous. Lomax's "Artisan VIP" was released on Ram Records in 2009. "Hear Dis" was released on Immersed back in 2006 by Madcap & the late great Andy Skopes.

Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with a piece taken from Nuvertal's "Urbanization" EP which is out now on Celsius Recordings, "My Shell Erases" alongside Avenax leads the way. The turn of the month saw Smote drop "Born Suicide" on the mighty Liquicity, that's up in second spot. Hocseat's "See Your Smile" EP is out now on Fokuz Recordings, the beautiful "Weather" rolls in at 4:45, with "My Soul" & the title track both featuring at 23:53 & 34:11 respectively. Drum Origins recently dropped a double release over on Celsius Recordings, "Osari" slides in just after 12 and a half minutes. Taking a thunderous turn just before the 14 minute mark, Break's remix of Total Science's classic "Lightweight" flies in at 13:57. aardonyx recently threw down a triple release on Sub-Label Recordings, "Jupiter" slides in just before 15 and a half minutes. Joshua is back at us again with another stunning free download, the wonderful "To Be" is available over on his Soundcloud, link for that below. Twintone & Dan Guidance join forces once again, this time in the form of a 4 track EP called "Paint Me Black & White", 3 tracks; "Hush Now" (32:21), "You're The One" (36:23) & "Hold No Grudge" (42:50) feature in the mix. Auris recently dropped the brilliant "Victorian Boulevard" over on the mighty Skankandbass. Plenty of older pieces in this time around, Phace's "Strange Science" was part of the Evolution EP on Shogun audio 10 years ago back in 2010. "Deep Stepper" is a posthumous release from the forever beloved Marcus Intalex, that made it's way to our shelves in 2018. The same year saw Cosmic Sequence & Aetherial release as a free download. "Forsaken" "Fiasco" by the legendary Triad was released on Deep Soul Music back in 2009. ActRaiser's "Espionage" EP was released back in 2013, which included "Voyager". The Mist:I:cal Dub EP was the first time we saw the legendary collaboration between those three men, and was the third release on Soul:r, which found it's way to us back in 2003, and on the topic of unforgettable legends, Apex, "By The Way" was released on Horizons Music in 2008.
