Sometimes in the summer evenings they walked up the hill to watch the afterglow clinging to the tops of the western mountains and to feel the breeze drawn into the valley by the rising day-heated air. Usually they stood silently for a while and breathed in peacefulness. Since both were shy they never talked about themselves. Neither knew about the other at all.

"My name is Phil Berge and I'm a tattoo artist currently tattooing at International tattoo studio in Montreal, a shop that I co-own with 2 other partners. I have been tattooing for the last 12 years and created animation tattoos about 7 years ago. Animation tattoos have birthed from my passion of traditional animation and traditional tattooing. The combination of the two makes interesting tattoo compositions that magically come to life when photographed and animated with classic frame by frame animation methods.

For the piece, I was inspired by the old days of seeing U2 music videos on TV. Which is why I chose to use a classic vintage TV with black and grey mouths that I could animate to make it sing the song. The TV then creates an electrical storm around them to go along with the main theme of the song and had more movement to the tattoo and animation."

Harmony Tividad is a songwriter, musician and fashion aficionado based in Los Angeles. Known for her work as half of Girlpool, she is now working on a “pop” project. You can find her DJing around LA honestly constantly.

"Being truly seen is incredibly important to everyone on the planet, whether they acknowledge it or not - feeling truly observed for how we feel is our honest selves is so deeply healing on every level. “All I Want is You” inspired me to reflect on how I felt before meeting someone who could truly understand and love every part of me. It’s odd and sad the amount of self rejection I put myself through. So many traits that I was punishing myself for or considered to make myself permanently ugly or unlovable now are held so tenderly and with so much compassion."

Abdulla Webster also known as “Tapwvter” is a Kingston, Jamaica born creative director, film photographer & Producer based in Los Angeles. Growing up he aspired to play in the NFL, or Direct one of those Cowboy films his father always watched. Abdulla’s inspiration as an artist derives from an eclectic nature, often seen as deeply thought provoking.
