Peace cannot last forever. Evil has risen again, this time with much more devastating power. Hope remains, however, for the prophecies have foretold of great champions who will rise up and defeat the evil, forever banishing the darkness.

As the war raged on, hope began to dwindle. One by one the heroes fell to the inexorable onslaught of the demonic horde, until only one remained. All the people prayed for the hero to deliver them, clinging to their faith in the prophecy. As the final battle commenced, the hero was savagely killed.

In February 2006, two legends decided to put their heavenly talents to the test and founded Two Steps From Hell. These legends are Thomas Bergersen & Nick Phoenix. Although not the first trailer music company, they are certainly one of the all-time best, inspiring thousands of followers and paving the way for many other creative geniuses to shine. My hat goes off to Jeremy Soule for creating one of the greatest soundtracks of all time. What defines a hero? We are all on this Earthly journey together, here to gain in intelligence and experience. Heroes are those that learn to endure. Heroes sacrifice their will for the benefit of others. Heroes love unconditionally. Heroes forgive. Heroes defend truth, justice, righteousness, and seek no reward for doing so. They are mothers and fathers, soldiers, teachers. Heroes spend time on their knees in humility, seeking after faith, hope, and charity.

Let's make 2013 a heroic year, my friends. Let's be a little kinder, a little more patient, and a little more appreciative of the great blessings we have.

After countless hours (well over 100), my greatest Youtube creation is finally here. There were many times I felt I could not finish the task, that I was not ever going to see the light at the end of the tunnel. This video contains 137 cinematic trailers, and another 50 or so were considered. As far as I know, that is more than any similar video on Youtube. As epic as my computer is, it still groaned and grew obstinate when it came time to render, especially considering the quality I put into the video. I rendered the video at least 20 times, changing little things each time until I felt it was how I wanted it. I squeezed ever ounce of quality possible out of these cinematics, and I'm very happy with the result. Know that I could not have accomplished this without such wonderful support from my fans. All the comments of gratitude, well-wishes, stories of inspiration, and thousands of kind praise has given me the determination to press on. So, thank you so much to all my subscribers, good friends, and fellow epic-music worshipers. I hope you have a wonderful New Year.

We had all gathered at the temple entrance, lightsabers at the ready, eager to discover the nature of this most unusual visitor.

And then the temple walls which had stood for near a millennia were destroyed as a shuttle vessel crashed into the pillars, stopping right behind the cloaked figure in black. The overwhelming power of the Dark Side hit us all like a tidal wave of fury, anger, and hatred, washing over us so completely that it was impossible to find the serenity of the force we so dearly relied on. Shock and awe was renewed as the shuttle door opened and out poured an army of Sith warriors, each more fearsome and menacing than the next. The war that hung in the balance for so long had started.

We fought with righteous zeal, using our faith in the force to suppress the red and black sea of dark cloaks. One by one, however, my Jedi brethren were consumed by red death. Even my master had fallen.

"Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering." These are the words I had been taught since I was a young padawan, the youngest ever to be allowed into the Jedi temple. None of that mattered now. I was fearful, I was angry, and the suffering of the dying was all around me. The rage I had suppressed for so long pummeled my walls of defense again and again as each of my Jedi brethren fell.

It was in that moment my rage was unleashed! I cleaved through the Sith ranks like a hot knife through butter. The power of the Dark Side consumed me. The power felt so wrong, so evil, so . . . destructive, so . . . good. Nothing would stop me now. I would exact my revenge on all of these sinister warriors of corruption. The leader of the Sith sensed my corruption and ordered his elite warriors to halt and withdraw from me. I was so blind in my rage and evil hate at that point I hadn't even noticed that I was the last of the Jedi still standing. Once the bloodlust abated, exhaustion set in and I fell to my knees, waiting for death to follow. Our pride and arrogance had blinded us to the power of our enemies. We were deceived.

The Sith leader pulled the hood over his twisted face and spoke to me. "You will serve me well", he said. At first I was appalled, dubious, and unbelieving. Then the power of the Sith presence came into focus again and I remembered how I felt when I was bringing death down upon my enemies. I remembered the strength I wielded, strength far beyond anything the Jedi order ever taught.

The last words I spoke as a Jedi were: "Yes . . . my Master."
