Almost two years on from his incredibly well-received debut album and Etherwood is back with the highly anticipated, “Blue Leaves” LP, a body of work showcasing the sheer talent of one of the UK’s most exciting artists in electronic music. Within this fourteen-track LP, Etherwood has not only displayed his perfected production skills but also outshone more than ever before with his own vocal performances and instrumental prowess.
Captivating listeners with his creativity, Etherwood explores the finer soundscapes of drum & bass, relaying the liquid beauty that his continually growing following have come to love him for. Included are the already popular 2015 releases, “You’ll Always Be a Part of Me”, “Souvenirs” featuring Zara Kershaw and most recent single, “Light My Way Home” featuring Eva Lazarus, premiered by BBC Radio 1’s Annie Mac. Within fourteen tracks, not one is undeserving of its place on what is a truly outstanding album.
Enriched with sublime symphonic sounds, “For A Time I Was You” and “Cast Away” drift through epic elevations and enrapturing orchestral outbreaks that will undoubtedly stop all in their tracks. The album's soul is sparked with a S.P.Y collaboration in “We're Nothing Without Love”, a testament to Etherwood's growth as an impressive singer/songwriter.

With previous editions compiled by S.P.Y, Fred V & Grafix and Etherwood, and with a nod back to the iconic artist-led Hospital Mix series put together by London Elektricity, Logistics, Danny Byrd, Nu:Tone and Cyantific, Lens is swiftly on her way to joining the ranks of D&B royalty. Get locked and loaded for a sub-thumping, 17-track selection of new and exclusive cuts from Camo & Krooked, Fade Black, Watch The Ride & Emz, Logistics, Subwave, TC, Whiney, Winslow, Lally & Lens plus heaps more.
The ‘Lens Mixtape’ will be available on limited edition cassette tapes as well as on all major streaming platforms, which will include a continuous DJ mix of compilation cuts together with some fresh Hospital Records heat.
Dance music kingpins Watch The Ride consisting of DJ Randall, DJ Die and Dismantle supply a crisp cut bouncer of an instrumental straight out the gate for Bristol based mic controller Emz to shell down. Legendary doesn’t quite cut it - this one will be rolling through raves left, right and centre.
Lens’ debut release ‘Love The Way’ is an exciting jungle fused collaboration with rising producer Lally whose already dropped impressive releases with the likes of Hospital, Soulvent and Archway. Expect soul-infused samples, raw breakbeats and a shredding bassline.

After the announcement of the dynamic duo’s decision to focus on individual projects, Fred V and Grafix present their first solo releases in almost a decade. Renowned for synth-driven symphonies and soothing songwriting, Fred V brings a high dose of octane electronica in the down tempo fix, ‘Burning Me’. Grafix has taken a fresh direction with ‘Frozen’ travelling down the rough and rugged techy route, ready to shatter dancefloors worldwide. Plus it’s about to be a big year for Hospital Records’ commander-in-chief London Elektricity as he returns from the studio a the dynamic funk-ladened D+B spectacular, ‘Funkopolis’.
Other highlights include Benny L’s re-rub of John Holt’s reggae hit ‘Police In Helicopter’, with a rugged bass to make the rave shake. The first lady of Bassline and UKG royalty Flava D also joins the fold for an exclusive first flex into the realms of D+B, the silky slick selection ’Return 2 Me’.

Since the release of his last long-player, S.P.Y has been digging through the crates - rediscovering his love for all things jungle, hardcore and breakbeat. He began his ‘Dubplate Style’ journey in 2018, paying homage to original jungle culture and kitting out two studios with vintage synths and sequencers to recreate that authentic jungle feel. Across fifteen heavyweight tracks he’s put a fresh twist on the music that originally brought him into the world of drum & bass.
Kicking things straight into gear is the stripped back stealthy banger ‘After The Rain’ featuring the deep, grizzly tones of legendary MC GQ. Continuing the bassweight reign is the reggae-tipped ‘Runaway Dub’, plus ‘Whole In The Speaker’ that’s the ultimate throwback and new-school hybrid with a unique hardcore edge that calls back to raves from across the eras. S.P.Y mixes up the tempos with the nostalgic ‘See Your Face Again’, complete with uplifting vocals and rave piano. This future summer classic has all the right components to soundtrack the sunshine.
