The mighty Skeleton Records have been releasing music since the early 90's with their unique brand of dark side jungle. “On The Dial is my take on the Jungle music I grew up listening to on Manchester pirate radio stations in the nineties. The two main pirates that played Jungle are referenced directly in two of the tracks: Buzz FM and Luv NRG. The tracks reference styles I’ve picked up from some of my favourite producers growing up: Danny Breaks, Krust, Die, Sappo, L Double, etc. Rig Doctor is more Old Skool using a sample referencing the guy who would fix up the technicals in running a pirate and styled by early Hardcore Jungle Techno.
