JUICE #7 Livestream November 27th 2020 session! Another amazing evening of 6 hours of deep soulful drum and bass with dnb legend ZERO T (Ireland/London), featuring all new JUICE visuals with the set. We were also blessed to host an exclusive DJ *and* MC set from MC FAVA (Germany), the first of its kind to air in the US. Regional support came from Seattle's LunchMoney, and local support from resident Definition Positive (Salem), tbone (NL/PDX), and Chemynne (fka mulchFactor). Thanks so much to everyone for continuing to support to this night and our monthly charities. This session, donations go to the Portland branch of the NAACP and to the artists. Big ups to all the Twitch family!

Special guests Dave Owen from NY and the ever-soulful Mr Joseph from the UK join us with support from residents Definition Positive, tBone and mulchFactor. With so much great music to play across genres, we've been getting into starting our Sunday InBetween Sessions earlier with an hour or two of jazz, soul, r&b, funk, rare grooves, and lofi before getting into the DnB! Chemynne plays some sweet cuts for 90 minutes, then tbone steps up for 2 hours, followed by chemynne for 2 more hours...4 hours of new DnB tunes and soulful vibes from start to finish. 'Build,' the debut album from You Us We Them is deep, chaotic, and unapologetically beautiful. It is a relaxed but intricate collage of intimate and organic textures, contrasted by expansive reverbs, and futuristic soundscapes.

The album begins with the intimate introduction 'Sol,' a short, ambient poem that feels like a snapshot of laughing in the sun. Siren rolls gently in with chill lofi beats and swells of emotive synths. 'Build' enters a darker, mystical space adding cinematic elements and a slow, dramatic crescendo that sounds like a reconstruction of the mind. Finally, 'Luna (End Is The Beginning)' plunges deep into an ocean of ambience before rising suddenly into a tidal wave of powerful drums and glittering arpeggios. Put on your headphones... and DIVE.
