RAM Rave EP Pt.2
RAMM376
Buy/Stream: https://RAM.lnk.to/RavePt2ID
___
With nearly three decades in the game, Ram have always endeavoured to bring their audience some of the most cutting-edge dance music from across the spectrum. One way they’ve done this is through their various artists EP series, each highlighting a different part of their history whilst also acting as an introduction to the label's fresh blood. Most recently, this has been done via a new sequence, the ‘Ram Rave’ EPs, which are now about to enter their second phase alongside a host of familiar names and some which are only just being introduced into the Ram fold.
Including tracks from Opposition, merging the two colossal forces of DC Breaks and Loadstar, as well as Skantia, Smooth, Task Horizon, Fascad, Kastro, Tolima Jets, DJ Empress and Presitge, Ram ensures 2020 begins with a compilation tailored to the dancefloor.

RAM25 - The Album - Out Now
https://www.ramrecords.com/download/ramm300d
Standing as one of the most resounding electronic music labels in history, Ram Records has finally hit its 25-year milestone. Established by Andy C and Ant Miles in 1992, the label has boldly placed itself on the forefront since its inception, acting as a foundation for the drum & bass genre and seeing through its development from the very beginning.
Once heralded as a platform for Andy C’s own productions, the imprint expanded massively, becoming a world-renowned hub for some of the biggest drum & bass artists to ever hit the scene. The label has gone from strength to strength, helping to pedestal house-hold names such as Chase & Status, Sub Focus and Wilkinson. From the charts to the radio airwaves, they’ve continued their crossover success.Receiving daytime airplay and top ten positions unceasingly over the last decade, the producers have enabled Ram’s influence to seep into every corner of dance music.
Alongside support from BMG and current label manager Jim Gash, 2017 has seen Ram Records ascend to new heights. And to celebrate their twenty fifth year, Ram will be rereleasing twenty five original remastered classics from their definitive back catalogue as well as seventeen remixes, including reworks from Chase & Status, Killbox, DC Breaks, Frankee, Total Science, Benny L, Kasra and Enei, Ant Miles and Shimon, Bladerunner, DJ Marky Calyx & Teebee, Sound in Noise and Metrik. All in, it’s Ram’s most ambitious project to date.
The 25th year of Ram’s history is looking to be its most memorable yet. Both musically and through their major city UK tour dates, Ram’s versatile roster is still being pushed to new borders. Quarter of a century on and the record label is as strong as ever.

Yes yes, man like Freeze UK is back & always a welcome sight, my man fuses old skool sensibilities with a new skool style so well & this track entitled '1992' is another fine example of the mans skills. Old skool rave stabs & vocal sample with a sneaky drop that goes deep with a penetrating bass tone & jungle drum licks driving the track, sounds so sweet in the mix too. Big tings from Freeze. Out now on the Programmed Vol.6 EP featuring a bunch of other quality artists & tracks. ℹ️

Foundation business, this one is taken from Vol 7 of the Dat Memories EP series by Genotype aka Just Jungle. You should remember Genotype from Renegade Hardware & Trouble On Vinyl back in the 90's & Naughties, well he aint gone nowhere, dig & you shall find a treasure chest of beats from the man himself. He also has a series of EP's call G Skool which is up to Vol.6. Straight up Drums & Bass from one of the masters of the art.
We will definitely be promoting more of these so keep em peeled. ℹ️

"When Marcus asked Brazilian producer Bungle to make a tune for Soul:R with no pressure and no limitation he never expected him to come back with what Marcus says is the best Soul:R 12" there has been for a long time. For months now "Astral Travel" and "Aura" have been turning heads in Intalex DJ sets all over the world as soon as they are played, with people rushing to find out what these tunes are.
