The Chainsmokers – You Owe Me
[Verse 1]
I don't really say this that often
But there's something that the papers forgot
Every time I read them, I know I feed them
But I know, they're painting but they can't leave a mark
Because my friends don't read the papers
And they don't really care if we're awesome or not
So every time I read them, I know I feed them
But I know, they wanna see me hang on the wall
[Chorus]
You don't know me
Don't you think that I get lonely?
It gets dark inside my head
Check my pulse and if I'm dead you owe me
If you're lonely
Don't you think you're on your own
When it gets dark inside your head
Check my pulse and if I'm dead you owe me
[Verse 2]
Say it to my face if you mean it
Say it to my face, but you won't
I know I'm not losing
But I'm losing my mi-ind
Does anybody know what that's like?
[Chorus]
You don't know me
Don't you think that I get lonely?
It gets dark inside my head
Check my pulse and if I'm dead you owe me
If you're lonely
Don't you think you're on your own
When it gets dark inside your head
Check my pulse and if I'm dead you owe me
[Refrain]
If I'm dead, you owe me
If I'm dead, you owe me
You owe me, you owe me
You owe me, you owe me
If I'm dead, you owe me
[Drop]
If I'm dead, you owe me
(If I'm dead, if I'm dead, If I'm dead, you owe me)
[Outro]
You don't know me
Don't you think that I get lonely?
It gets dark inside my head
Check my pulse and if I'm dead you owe me
If you know me
Don't you think you're on your own
When it gets dark inside your head
Check my pulse and if I'm dead you owe me

ASTEROIDS ( http://soundcloud.com/asteroids-1 )
Asteroids began in summer 2009 when a late night discussion between friends, Jonathan Nowell and Simon Duffy, about their adolescence, and the music that first shaped them, got out of hand.
Meanwhile, in 1995, Jon and his best mate Dan opened the doors to 'The Big Kahuna Burger', their genre-defying nights of infamy which launched the duo headlong into the club and music scenes. As one half of FC Kahuna, Jon has been one of the true pioneers of electronic dance music in the UK and has no less an impressive body of work behind him. The critically acclaimed hit LP, 'Machine Says Yes' includes such landmark tracks as 'Hayling', 'Glitterball' and the title track itself. Remixes for, among others, New Order, Armand Van Helden, Mika, Ali Love, French indie rockers Fortune and Felix Da Housecat helped cement their dancefloor reputation.
Both of these guys have already left a mark on British music. Duffy's production and remixing credits are never ending, as well as his work for Souled Out in Italy and his many writing credits with Planet Funk and Dino Lenny include stints working with luminaries such as Soul To Soul, Joey Negro, Soloman Burke, Massive Attack, Leftfield, New Order and Missy Elliot.
'This Distance', the first proper release from Asteroids is an electronic love letter to the ghosts of Ian Curtis and Martin Hannet, written in the basement of an all night Berlin techno dive.
DISKJOKKE ( http://www.diskjokke.com )
Following the success of Lindstrøm and Prins Thomas comes diskJokke, a.k.a. Joachim Dyrdahl the latest in a string of exciting and innovative artists hailing from the respected Oslo electronica scene.
diskJokke was discovered by Oslo-Disco luminary Prins Thomas, who immediately signed three tunes to his Full Pupp label (released on two 12" singles). Almost simultaneously in Germany, M.A.N.D.Y and the Get Physical gang signed diskJokke for five other tunes (spread on two 12" singles) to their new Get Physical sub label, Kindisch. Following these releases, word quickly spread about diskJokke's quirky, spaced-out and dubby mixture of house, Italo and disco, and he was soon asked to remix tunes for a number of artists, including Lindstrøm, Foals, Lykke Li and Bloc Party.

BLACKBIRD BLACKBIRD ( blackbirdblackbird.com/ )
Blackbird Blackbird (formerly Bye Bye Blackbird) is the moniker/musical outlet of San Francisco, California wunderkind Mikey Maramag. His reverb-laden musical collages tend to lean towards anthemic, inspirational, and dream-driven themes. Maramag's influences range from various ends of the musical spectrum. Blackbird Blackbird often tweaks nature-samples and mixes electronic textures with organic instrumentation (guitar, drums, synths, vocal-harmonies). Ghostly female vocals are chopped and screwed, spun around a paint-splattered collage of sound.
Maramag's deep, textured, and hypnotic pop songs pay homage to the psychedelic pop that the Beatles could have imagined but cannot make today. Blackbird Blackbird's music is made with the warmth of analogue instrumentation spliced with digital bells and twinkles.

MAX COOPER ( http://www.maxcooper.net/ )
Max Cooper is a London based musician and geneticist primarily releasing on Traum Schallplatten. The combination of his scientific and musical influences are evident in Max's turntablist DJ sets, technical production style and abstract research topics. Max Cooper's sound ranges from stark electronica remixes of huge bands like Hot Chip and Au Revoir Simone to the fuzzy, buzzing dancefloor sound of his breakthrough "Serie" releases. But it's all, he says, inspired by his need to "match the emotions in the head with the emotion that can come out of the monitors".

VOLOR FLEX ( http://www.facebook.com/volor.flex )
Volor Flex is Alexander Frolov from Russia..
A lot of things have been said about Volor Flex, the young Russian producer whose music feels and acts like both a tribute and, at times, a cover of this mysterious iconic musician called Burial whom you might've heard of on previous occasions.
Some people think "this sounds too much like the original, we don't need copycats" while others went as far as calling it "Burial v2".
To each his own - the music is shamless, catchy and most importantly, freely available. Have a go at it, leave all bias aside and take it in for how it sounds rather than what it stands for, you'll probably find yourself enjoying it
