ANSHIN（安心） means peace of mind, a quiet sense of ease, where nothing needs to be feared, and nothing needs to be controlled.
In the way of the samurai, this peace was not given by the world.
It was cultivated within
a calm that remained, regardless of what had come before.
A samurai sits in stillness.
His posture is steady.
His breath, slow.
Beside him, a cat (Neko / 猫) rests quietly, at ease.
Nothing is expected.
Nothing is required.
The world moves as it does.
Yet within this moment, nothing feels unsettled.
Among samurai, true peace was not found by escaping life.
It was found by meeting it without resistance
without holding tension, without searching for something more.
The body softens.
The breath deepens.
Thoughts arise.
They pass.
Nothing is chased.
Nothing is held.
In this quiet, the mind begins to settle.
There is no urgency.
No weight to carry.
Only ease.
The cat remains still,
unconcerned, undisturbed
a quiet reflection of the same calm presence.
This is the spirit of Anshin
calm without effort,
presence without pressure,
a peace that exists within, and remains.
From this stillness, the sound begins to unfold:
🎋 Shakuhachi flute — soft, flowing tones moving gently through open space
🥁 Soft taiko pulse — slow and grounded, like a relaxed heartbeat
💨 Ambient layers — spacious and balanced, tuned to 432 Hz
🌿 Natural textures — subtle air, quiet atmosphere, gentle calm
🎧 Ideal for:
Relaxation • Peace of Mind • Meditation • Stress Relief • Inner Calm
🌿 May this music guide you in the spirit of Anshin — where the mind is at ease, and nothing needs to be different.

i put away all the bad luck
i throw away all the pain
and then again with the madness
and then again with the day
and you don't care if it adds up
and you don't if you wait
got your hands on the big stuff
gonna see if it pays
i cut away from the sad stuff
i run away from the blame
sit and play like i'm real tough
or sit and play like I'm tame
you don't care if it fills up
you don't care if it takes
got your head on the big stuff
gonna see if it pays

Pre-order your All That You Can’t Leave Behind 20th Anniversary Reissue: https://u2.lnk.to/ATYCLB
Take a peek inside the 20th Anniversary reissue of U2’s global smash hit album All That You Can’t Leave Behind.
This multi-format anniversary edition release, featuring a brand new 12-track remaster of the record and a 51-track Super Deluxe box set, is to be released on the actual date of the 20th anniversary, 30th October 2020.
All That You Can’t Leave Behind is the tenth studio album from U2. Released in October 2000, the original 11-track record included the hit singles ‘Beautiful Day’, ‘Stuck In A Moment You Can’t Get Out Of’, ‘Elevation’ and ‘Walk On’ and went to Number 1 in 32 countries around the world. Produced by Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno and recorded in Dublin and France, All That You Can’t Leave Behind won 7 Grammy Awards, including Best Rock Album, and is the only album in history to have multiple tracks win the award for Record Of The Year (‘Beautiful Day’ in 2001 and ‘Walk On’ in 2002).
The brand new remaster of the album is available as a 12-track version and includes an additional track ‘The Ground Beneath Her Feet’ in all formats of the reissue.
Super Deluxe Box Set highlights include:
a 32-page hardback book from longtime friend and collaborator Anton Corbijn featuring many previously unseen images of the band along with hand-written notes by Anton, plus a double-sided poster.
39 additional bonus tracks, including remastered B-sides (‘Summer Rain’, ‘Always’, ‘Big Girls Are Best’, ‘Don’t Take Your Guns To Town’).
out-takes from the album sessions (‘Levitate’, ‘Love You Like Mad’, ‘Flower Child’), as well as the track ‘Stateless’ which featured on The Million Dollar Hotel soundtrack; plus an acoustic version of ‘Stuck In A Moment You Can’t Get Out Of’.
the complete 19-track live audio of the band’s Elevation Tour performance, recorded at the Fleet Center, Boston, Massachusetts in June 2001. The set includes 7 tracks from All That You Can’t Leave Behind.
