Starting off this weeks liquid drum & bass with that chilled halftime flavor, Nerv's "Downstream" is a free download available right now on Soundcloud. Switching up to Halogenix's "Cliché" at 2:14. Aperio & Subdivision team up to make a killer combination on "Discoveries", available now on Soul Trader Recordings. Alex SLK takes it to the depths with his remix of "Tears" by I-Dren, available for free right now on SC. Low5's "We're Only Human" is also another free banger available on Soundcloud right now, absolutely go check that out. Mindloader also dropped a free EP on SC yesterday, "Elevate" & "Bad Faith" feature in the mix at 35:43 & 1:03:37 respectively. ALB has ascended to completely new heights lately and his latest bootleg of French Montana & Swae Lee's "Unforgettable", and once again, that is also available for absolutely free on Soundcloud. Scott Allen's "Soul Complex" is also a brilliant piece available now. A few older ones in here as per usual, Calibre's "Trust" was released back in 2004. Fibreglass by Logistics was released back in 2012, and at the end of December 2016, Singularity by Blu Mar Ten & Kite came from nowhere, and that very quickly became my favorite track of the year.

Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with a masterpiece from the mighty Monrroe featuring Alexa Harley, "You Got Me" leads the way. Following it up with a highly anticipated free download from the genius pair that are Alexvnder & Leniz, Leniz put that one up for free on his Soundcloud, go show your support, link below. Onto another musical genius now, Nelver, his "Take My Heart" EP is out now on Mage's Kill Inc, the title track is up in third spot. A brilliant new piece called "Out Of My Mind" by Confusious is available now on C Recordings. A couple of pieces in here from a loyal subscriber who is making some waves, "Joshua" who runs the YouTube channel Liquidivine has plenty of free music available on his Soundcloud, both "Memorandum To The Sea" and "Forever Dreaming" with Shearlene feature in the mix and are available for free, links for those below. On a similar flex, I'd like to give a big shoutout to Garrett a.k.a SkyData, his track "Home" featuring just after 19 minutes is also available for free, link for that below, much love dude! The increasingly notorious duo that are Aetherial & Cosmic Sequence never fail to amaze, their latest offering the "Skyfire" EP was released on the 28th of Feb via Boey Audio, the title track features just after 20 minutes. Askel & Elere's double release landed on Celsius 2 weeks ago today, "Kupola" alongside Leevi drops just after 25 minutes. Caill dropped the sensational "Quicksand" EP via Beat Spectrum roughly 10 days ago for absolutely free, some great tunes included and both "Until My Dying Day" and "Damsels" feature just after the halfway mark. Plenty of ""older" ones in here as per usual, Horizen High's "Running" was part of Chillout Bear's free 1461 compilation which dropped last May, "Manhattan" by Malaky dropped on Influenza back in 2013. Electrosoul System's remix of "Mars" by Dharma Keys first landed back in September last year and Calibre's remix of the incredible "Ambra" by FD was released back in 2017.

Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with a shredder from Seba and Physics, "Innocence" is out now! SiLi teamed up with Zoé on his new track "Leave It All Behind", part of the "Going For Gold" EP, which is absolutely free over on his bandcamp, be sure to go check that out! (link below). A hat trick of masterpieces from Nelver this week, "All Or Nothing" is out now as part of his "Mild Moments" EP on SLK Records. "Changing Time" was released back in 2013 on the "Nelver Vs. Krot" album on Blue Saphir Music, and "Yellow Road" was released on Celsius in 2015. On the topic of Nelver, there's a "Best of Nelver" mix over on liquiddnbftw's channel mixed by yours truly, I'll pop the link for that below also. Aetherial's amazing "When The Sun Goes Down" is a beautiful piece up for free on his Soundcloud right now. A non liquid piece in this weeks mix, questionably the final 12" release we'll see from the absolute legend that is Marcus Intalex, "Halflife" was released in November on Samurai Music. An absolute machine in the liquid drum & bass realm. There's few other producers who have matched the same level of productivity, consistence and quality over the course of this year. Keen collaborator alongside Aetherial, their first ever release on Galacy called "Elements Of Mind" & "Cold Tears" graced our ears this past Monday, and alongside a big congratulations, here's hoping we see a continuation of such deserved success. With 5 EP's in 2018 alone alongside Aetherial & Leniz, we also saw the first EP between Cosmic Sequence & Alexvnder which hit our digital shelves thanks to Atmomatix, alongside a stack of singles and double releases, we've seen nothing but droves of meticulous and delicate quality from this man. Previously producing under the name Distance, and owner of the new founded Inscape Audio record label, with releases on Galacy, Atmomatix, Soul Deep, C Recordings, Influenza, Soul Lab, Blue Saphir and Inaba to name a few, personally I can't recommend highly enough that you go drop him a follow on the social links below, you won't be disappointed. This weeks liquid drum & bass mix weighs in heavier than usual, kicking off with the free "Within A Dream" by Malsam, part of a brilliant free 7 piece EP called 'Audio Freedom Vol. 4' released on Boey Audio, 'Freefall' by 2Nine (20:31) and 'Monday Blues' by LNO (45:41) also feature on the EP. Next up Subdivision & Precision absolutely bring the danger with 'You & I'. Malaky's new 'See Through' EP is also out now on Fokuz Recordings, this mix features the self titled 'See Through' at 47:10, and the heavyweight Renaissance just before 11 minutes, things get even heavier at 15:54 with Theoretical's "In The Depths", after which things become a bit more relaxed with R1C0's free release called 'Lave'. I regret not playing more of Dan Guidance's 'I Am Here', absolutely wonderful stuff from him! Low:r has a new single out, 'Last Call' and 'Essence of Life' both feature at 24:58 & 27:56 respectively. Mojoman is also on fire at the moment, a couple of new releases from him too, 'Lucid Dreamscape' rolls in at 31:38 and the interestingly titled 'Blue Drone In Nymbo' features at 41:37, both of these are currently up for free download on his Soundcloud. There's also a couple of older tracks in here as usual, 'And I Knew' by Feint is 5 years old already, and Rockwell's 'Everything' was released back in 2010.

Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with a track i mentioned yesterday, we kick off with Majestim's sensational remix of "Distant". About a month ago nCamargo released the "Good Will" EP on Soul Deep recordings, the whole thing is brilliant and showcases some really unique pieces, the self titled track is up in second spot along with "Charisma" at 13:33. Alexvnder is back alongside Critical Event to bring us the wonderful "Hold Me Close", released yesterday on Automatix Recordings. Average is also back with a banger called "Midnight", that's a free download on his SoundCloud so go check that out! Plenty of older tracks in here too especially towards the end. "Barcelona" reminds me of being 15 years old all over again, "All That Jazz" was released back in 2006, and the VIP of Q Project's "Ask Not" is an unforgotten gem released back in 2005. Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with the title track of arguably my favorite EP this year, "Continuity". The entire thing is absolutely brilliant, so went ahead and threw the whole thing down, "Ascension" (8:49), "Should I Confess" (31:48) and "Love Hurt" (38:03) all feature. The EP is available now on Celsius Recordings. Akomplis gifted us a free bootleg of Drake & Sampha's "4422" on his Soundcloud, link for that below. Zen Dub's "Miracles" is a beautiful piece available now on Sentience Recordings. Next up a name that featured on the channel sporadically last year, Average, he recently threw down the brilliant "Storm" which is available for free, link for that below also. A huge collaboration to talk about now, Ransome & Skillagrim teaming up to form "Rangrim", their new releases "The Open Road Ahead" and "We Need Music" feature at 18:11 & 23:20 respectively. Speaking of huge collaborations; Aetherial & Cosmic Sequence and their new release the Lunar Rise EP is absolutely sensational, both tracks from that release feature in this mix, the links for those are below, definitely go show those guys your support! The oldest track I can see in here is Nelver's "Last Challenger" which was released on Celsuis 5 years ago back in 2013. Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with brilliant piece called "Lovely", taken from the forthcoming Unknown Artists EP on Fokuz Recordings, "Just Vibe With It" also features. Next up is more unreleased material, and an absolutely massive shout going out to Syran, for throwing down an absolutely striking VIP of the heavyweight "Night Route" by DJ Ransome, much love! The "Heart Strings" EP by Motiv dropped on Celsius Recordings yesterday, the title track, "Our Secret" and "Pastel Views" all feature. "Night Garden" by the wonderful Heymac was released on Bay 6 this past Friday. The same day saw Option team up with Saffron to bring us "Only Choice" via Riddim Records, that's up for free download, link for that below. Friday also saw a brand new EP by Aperio & Low:r drop on Program, both "Lost Souls" and "Perspectives" feature in the mix. "Whatever It Takes" by the delightful SiLi is taken from the "Bedtime Stories Vol 1" EP on Differential, which was also released on the 22nd, i.e, this past Friday. Another piece by N23 in the mix too, "Quantify" is available on his Soundcloud as a free download, link below. Koherent & Sinic teamed up earlier in the month to bring us "Mirrors" via Shogun Audio. Retronics recently put out a sensational rework of the beautiful "Song To Miko" by aykazzz. A few older piece in here as usual, "Step Forward" by the late Marcus Intalex was part of the Fourfit EP on Soul:r back in 2016. This liquid drum & bass mix is a roundup of a lot of my favorite pieces released throughout 2017. Leading the way with Dawn Wall's "Lemon Dogs", "Foxley" by Northern Zone teases on the drop, with Alex SLK's remix of Gyroscope creeping in the backdrop, Seathasky's heart warmer "Geo's Tune" steps up on the 4th wheel just before a minute and a half, with Evo Evolver's "It's Not What It Seems" and Alexvnder's "Glacial" both slamming down simultaneously, paving the way for Silence Groove's savage remix of "Holding On To You" by Critical Event rolling in just before 3 mins. Seba's collaborations with Jnr Vallo brought us some absolute gold, "Rotate" and "Second Path" both feature. Rafau Etamski also made magic happen throughout this year, "Feel Me" and "Jealousy" are also included. A "best of" mix isn't complete without a bit of Mojoman, his "The Nature" EP is incredible, as was "Blue Drone In Nymbo". 2017 has been a phenomenal year for drum and bass. Bring on 2018!

Sticking with the topic, Joshua & Echo Motion's new "Night Sky" EP is out now on Celsius Recordings, all tracks feature. There's also an additional solo piece from Joshua at the end there, "Sometimes" is a free download which is available over on his Soundcloud, link for that below. On the topic of free downloads, "Dreams" by Hyperlynx & Fran Young is a beautiful piece which dropped last Friday, link for that below. A new piece from Leniz up on Goldfat up next, "Reverie" is taken from his new double release. A brand new EP from Skydata is out today on Nu Venture Records, the title track "Sunrise" features. Twintone posted a sensational remix of "Make Your Way" by Tsugishi a couple of days ago, a beautiful piece which is available for free, link for that below. Kin:etic's "Changes" EP dropped recently over on SINE Audio, "Closer" features just before 36 & a half minutes. A new EP forthcoming from D-Flect too, "Petrichor" is part of a massive extended player which is dropping next Friday & a couple of older pieces in here as per usual. Mutt's "Let's Get Away" was part of a self released EP called "My Old Hard Drive" back in 2009 & Scott Allen's "Inner Beauty" is the title track of his classic EP on Celsius back in 2012.

Starting off this liquid drum & bass mix with the sensational "No Turning Back" by the legendary Alexvnder, available now on Glitch Audio. Low:r's stunning "New Hope" takes second spot. Rafau Etamski is back with an incredible piece available now on C Recordings, "Losing My Mind" features just before 5 minutes. Nelver has been working wonders recently, his new single "Standing Alone" was released last Monday on SLK Records. Fokuz Recordings released the Critical Event & Friends EP just over a fortnight ago, the brilliant "Incomplete" featuring Askel features just before the 45 minute mark. The legendary Embers of Light recently celebrated reaching 2000 followers on Soundcloud and as a token of appreciation gifted us all with the amazing "Feel" which I'll post the link for below, definitely go show your support! On the topic of free downloads, Mister.e's "Sepia" is also available for absolutely free! Link for that below also. Rift is back at us with another truly outstanding offering in the form of a double release on Boey Audio, "Falling" features just after 21 minutes. A few older ones in here as usual, the LP title track "City Soul" by Hugh Hardie & Silence Groove hit our shelves back in 2016 via Hospital. The Calibre remix of "Forward Thinking" by Satl was released about a year ago now on it's orignal label Fokuz. "Maybe I Was Wrong" by the mighty London Elektricity first graced our ears over a decade ago back in 2008, and the wildcard feature once again is "Strange Science" by Phace, released on Shogun Audio back in 2010.

Coming in midweek with a seriously thick liquid drum & bass selection. Kicking off with "Winter's Touch" by Monrroe. Dawn Wall on the follow up, the gorgeous "Shy" rolls in just before 1 minute 50. Motive & Rolfey's "As We Saunter" up next, teasing Keeno's "Tree Houses" until 5 and a half minutes. The sensational Mojoman has been doing some incredible work lately, having recently released a truly stunning track alongside Veela & Miyoki called "Crystal Clear", a day later he released a another free download, "Dabbling Dream" is available on his bandcamp right now (link below). Escapism 4 is out now on Liquicity, and aside from the intro track, Silence Groove's amazing "Autumn Plains" features, as does Edlan's "Horizon". Coming out of the blue with another fresh liquid drum & bass selection. Kicking off in a halfstep kind of fashion with Jengha's wonderful bootleg of "Take The Lead" by Halogenix & Zoe Klinck. The badman FD is back with a bang, "Serious" is exactly that, another absolute cracker from that man. Klute's new EP is a gift from the gods, this mix features the sensational "Soul Boy". "Faces" by Linear slides into the third spot of this mix, cheekily followed up by the brilliant "Circumspect" by Dilemma, both of those are up for free download right now. "Unfold" by Zazu is a couple of months old now, seems as though I completely missed that release so included it here. The classics also make a return this week, at the tail end of the list is the timeless "Vapour Trails" by the grandfather of liquid drum & bass, the one, the only; London Elektricity, released back in 2005. Starting off this liquid drum and bass mix with an absolutely beautiful piece from friend and fellow YouTube Joshua, "Checkmate" is available over on his SoundCloud, link below, shout also going out to "Stalemate" which features at 22 and a half minutes. Rolling into a classic from Nelver, "Memories Of You" was part of the "Memories" EP on Fokuz Recordings back in March 2013. Switching up to PRSPKTV's new stepper which is also available for free over on his SoundCloud. Treba's "You Know" is also another stunning freebie which was recently released, link for that below. Kontrast's "It's All Good" came through Soul Flex a couple of week back, again a free download, link below, and Modu's absolutely outstanding "Flashing Gold" is once again a free download, link below. Furney shot out a truly outstanding LP titled "Night Life" over on Soul Deep Recordings, Scott Allen's label is on another level right now, both "Alone" and "Wide Open" alongside Lady EmZ feature in the mix. Staying on the topic of LP's on Soul Deep, Conspire's "Perpetual" slides in just after 41 minutes. Taking a deeper look at K2T's sensational debut album with "The Sound Of The Sea" & "Peregrination". Finishing proceedings with an unreleased beast from Alexvnder called "September". Digging deep for some classics as usual, Dillinja's infamous "Friday" under his Capone alias dropped on Hardleaders back in 1998. "Reflections" by the Ram Trilogy was released back in 2000. Zinc's "Stepping Stones" was released on Bingo back in 2004. Break's stomping VIP of "Love So True" landed on Symmetry back in 2013 and last but not least the flip side of Bambaata "Funksta", a stone cold classic from '98.

Every so often within the drum & bass industry we see artists step up the ladder and leave nothing but footprints of quality, leaving us wondering when and if they're capable of putting a foot wrong. In:Most eased their way into the scene just over 3 years ago with their "Cloudfish" EP, the following months saw a host of podcasts, a free download alongside SMRD as well as a truly stunning track called "I Can't Do" featuring on a compilation from none other than Soulvent. 3 years on and with a host of releases across some major labels such as Hospital, which saw collaborations alongside the mighty Logistics, their sister label Med School and Spearhead to name a few. Their capabilities extend well into all subgenres in the industry, namely into the dark and dangerous with the recent "Fade Out" alongside Tempza and Walk:r, and a trip into the jungle resulted in the sensational "Over The Shoulder". The quality of output we've seen already from both men leaves a path of stunning material in their wake, full bodied, passionate and brimming with soul, their work also packs the air of familiarity we've come to love from all corners of drum & bass.
