`Overcast` was the first Trust in Music track of Rregula & Dementia. It was remixed by Misha, a russian-us citizen from Baltimore. Misha was seen as the promising new talent of the Neurofunk scene in 2008. He got his admission ticket to the game by demonstrating the world his superb bassline skills in the lifted-music demolition room selection for podcast #007.

After having cooperated with his studio partner Dementia (working together on tracks, such as No U-Turn, Overdose, or Lowlife), Misha left the scene without providing any information about the reasons for his sudden disappearance. As a result, the above
mentioned remix turned out to be the last sign of life from him. Meanwhile, Dementia tried all the best to contact him but didn't have any success. In 2013 there will be a release of the last Dementia & Misha collaboration, called "See No Light".

Renegade Hardware are back again this time with Subtension’s blistering dancefloor smasher Ak47/Leaving double A side vinyl, with bonus number Offset included in the digital bundle.

Slovakian native Subtention, the fourth artist to be added to the Hardware ranks following on from the impressive Compound One compilation EP that was released in March this year, is a versatile, experimentalist with an ear for singular sound design and bassline science who likes to dabble with both full and half time peak time beats and riddims that has previously released on BTK’s Dutty Audio and Samurai Music.

Opening number AK47 is like its namesake; weaponry of the highest quality and calibre. Constructed around rough as you like reese basslines that incorporate dancefloor destroying triplets along-side gruff, evil stabs and modulated madness, the tune smacks you in the face like the hammer of Thor. The tightly coiled, clipped drum beat demands respect with sucking and blowing industrial-esq sound effects - that gently waft in time with the track in the background - working perfectly in conjunction with the tune’s deep subs and classic junglist fills, that when combined, ramp up the levels of dread to claustrophobic levels. It’s a dark, rolling number that perfectly epitomises the beefed up, aggressive Hardware sound.

It is time again this year for another next level neurofunk EP straight out of the mind of newcomer bad man Khronos. This is "Overload" EP, a five track behemoth release that never sinks beneath 170 bpm and goes just as hard as you would expect it too now that Khronos is a name synonymous with Black Sun Empire's quality control tank known as Blackout. Now on Close 2 Death, up and coming Khronos has recently been in the ears of thousands of DnB fans across the world due to earth shattering tracks on imprints like Ammunition and Neurofunkgrid that seemed to come out of nowhere.

Now that this young man has established himself as a talent, it is only appropriate that he showcases it on a veteran music imprint responsible for the releasing of neurofunk singles that would go on to change the scene all together. It is hard to go wrong with story-telling techstep like "The Sin War" and I can guarantee that it will be a while before fans shut up about the title track "Overload", but the entirety of the release definitely is something that needs to be heard in order to be believed.
