You heard that right; Phace is back on a solo tip and presents a razor sharp and absolutely fresh 4-Track EP entitled VITREOUS.

The German electronic virtuoso puts all rumours to bed claiming he might disappear after unleashing his collaborative non-Drum & Bass Neosignal band project a little earlier this year... Au contraire! Phace is all wrapped up in doing what he loves most; writing uncompromising music!

The theme of the EP is inspired by the omnipresent glass human being our era and society is characterized by. And each track featured on this release shines bright like glass as well. As usual we prefer to leave more detailed track by track judging to the listener!

Telekinesis - ‘Fight Club’ EP (Blackout NL)

Release date: 8th March 2015

Slovenian Drum & Bass stalwarts Telekinesis are to kick off 2015 with a new five-track EP on Blackout NL. Scheduled for release on March 8th, the duo - comprising of producers Smooth and Markoman - return to the label for the first time since impressive 2013 EP ‘Judgement Day’.
Intro track ‘Bias’ - an unwavering onslaught of pounding bass - sets things up perfectly for title-track ‘Fight Club’, which delivers further punch with its hardbody drums and overpowering frequencies. Continuing the frenetic workout, both ‘Sleep’ and ‘Jab’, channel weighty kick-drums and quaking mid-range bass-lines before the distorted beats and deafening drums of ‘Bragger’ bring the EP to a close – neurofunk drum & bass at its finest.
Following a recent remix for Blackout label-mates State of Mind, ‘Fight Club’ builds on the reputation Telekinesis have already garnered for their hard-edged approach to drum & bass. Slickly produced, it’s a dark, grinding slice of club action that feeds into Blackout’s penchant for neurofunk and having already earned support form the likes of Andy C, Ed Rush, Camo & Crooked and Spor, it feels ready to make a real impact over the first few months of 2015.

2014 has been quite a blast for all the NeurofunkGrid crew, seeing our first ever Enter The Grid event taking place in February, a bunch of free releases from amazing talents, loads of meeting with some some of the nicest people of the scene (Billain, Neonlight, Akov, Rawtekk, Optiv & BTK ...), a trip to Czech Republic with the Kosen team and lots and lots of gigs!

Russia’s Eastcolors is back on Demand Records for DNMD025. The producer has been locked away for the past 18 months, working on his debut album, and now returns with three spectacular tunes which prove once again how much of a hot ticket he is throughout the world.

Things Inside appears in a remixed form, courtesy of Hybris. The original found favour with none other than Friction, and the reimagined version is equally as effective, stuttering slowly into life, before blooming out into an addictive rumbler, with low-slung tribal beats and insistent bass work.
