It all began with his uncle’s donated crates of early jungle records, now Hospital’s infamous young-gun Unglued serves up his own instalment of dancefloor warfare. ‘Born In ‘94’ is his homage to the golden era and is certain to pack in a crowd with its serious sub-bass and summer festival feel, topped with the legendary vocals of MC Conrad from a classic ‘93 tape pack.
It’s matched up with B-side ‘Malware’, a collaboration with Neosignal head-honcho Phace, born out of Unglued’s visit to Hamburg. A swarm of industrial synths meet a gritty bassline to tunnel a path of tear-out techy D+B savagery.
Having amassed huge support from his earlier productions including his monumental remix of High Contrast’s ‘If We Ever’, Unglued continues to go strength to strength with back to back bookings every weekend across the globe. This summer you can catch him at Glastonbury, NASS, Hospitality On Beach 2019, Nozstock, Rampage, Let It Roll, Boomtown and Hospitality In The Park 2019.

Reso - Callisto
Call the alarm and hear your warning - Reso has arrived. Hospital Records are incredibly proud to present the master of the drums’ debut Hospital LP, “Ricochet”. Over twelve tracks Reso successfully defines the optimal balance of crazy and calm, driving through tension rousing build-ups and captivating breakdowns.
Having exclusively signed to Hospital Records in 2014, we welcome Reso’s second solo display with the label following his “Pulse Code” EP released last March. With his phenomenal skills behind a drum kit and previous engineering experience with highly acclaimed dubstep producer Burial, Reso has set his stance as a producer’s producer with “Ricochet” as a just reminder to expect no less.
“Ricochet” demonstrates Reso’s impeccable assiduity with drum-driven mayhem and futuristic euphoria. Tracks ‘Move It’, ‘The Blob’, ‘Taiga’ and title track ‘Ricochet’ facilitate Reso’s spirit of unquestioned diligence with their multi-layered madness. Following, ‘What Is’ and ‘Coming Back To You’ make full use of Reso’s cinematic soundscapes and painstakingly precise drum patterns.
Not only a force to be reckoned with when it comes to Hospital’s home genre of drum and bass but a versatile producer who seamlessly shifts focus with “Echo Loss” through melodic synths and emotive jazz-styled piano.
Guaranteed to find it’s way into any respected DJ’s track-list, “Ricochet” is about to take every dance-floor by storm as an album firmly cementing Reso as a strong-standing member of the Hospital roster.

The keenly anticipated third album from esteemed drum & bass double act Fred V & Grafix is finally here. ‘Cinematic Party Music’ blazes into new territory, marking a shift towards a new live showcase which forges classic and contemporary sonic styles in an entirely new light. Cutting edge production twinned with guitar driven melodies, rustic liquid elements and Fred’s soothing vocals for a release consistent in quality and versatile in style.
‘Colours Fading’ epitomizes the live potential of this album. Psychedelic guitar licks infused with flawless rolling percussion invoke an atmospheric dream state of bliss. Walking the line of indie-electronica style drum & bass, ‘Clap Funk’ is a vintage Fred V & Grafix funky stepper, rich in complex progression with no sacrifice of authenticity. In the same vein, ‘San Francisco’ ethereal magic marks what may well be this album’s ‘Major Happy’. Thickly laden percussive elements and intoxicating guitar melody see this euphoric lifter earn a place straight in our hearts.
With a performance pedigree that so many artists aspire too, Fred V & Grafix have cemented themselves as one the most exciting and experimental drum & bass outfits. Having supported Wilkinson on his UK tour, Fred V & Grafix are set to take the summer season by storm. Having played the legendary EDC, they’re calendar is hotting up with performances at V Festival, Let It Roll, Mysteryland, Secret Garden Party, Lockdown Festival and Hospitality In The Park.

“Are We There Yet?” is the sixth studio album from London Elektricity out on the 6th November on his own nineteen-year-old label Hospital Records.
Over 14 tracks “Are We There Yet?” combines beautiful chord progressions recorded from his own Steinway piano - a family heirloom passed down through generations - with perfect vocal harmonies from Tony himself, Emer Dineen, Pete Simpson and a welcomed return of award-winning jazz singer Lianne Carroll all underlain with rolling percussion and enveloping bass lines.
From the uplifting and playful opening of “Singing Ringing Tree” to the soulful “Why Are We Here?”, the spine-tingling roller “Artificial Skin” right through the deeper layers of “Dropship”, London Elektricity’s latest project incorporates a number of styles whilst still keeping to the true and world famous “London Elektricity” sound.
Best experienced in its entirety, “Are We There Yet?” maintains the live finesse which London Elektricity is known for, giving a gentle reminder to the paramount success of “London Elektricity Live” in the early 00's.
Since his last album “Yikes!” London Elektricity has continued to grow his drum & bass empire, overseeing the development of two labels, a number of talented artists and internationally renowned events brand "Hospitality". His encyclopedic knowledge of music spans across several decades and in turn gives a unique quality to his own production as is clear with the outstanding "Are We There Yet?" LP

When I'm in a dance, don't cry on my shoulder
I'm not on a street tip but these bitches love Sosa
No gun in my holster, vibes are taking over
Run that D&B brother these bitches love (x2)
They love Sosa, they love Sosa.
You know I'm only joking, it's the ammy that I'm smoking
I'm too high to be taken seriously, I'm ranting & raving deliriously
So my apologies, so my apologies
If good smoke was countries
Then I'm acquiring colonies.
And I've done things that I don't wanna admit to you
And I've done things that I don't wanna admit to you
Cos I've done things I just don't wanna admit to you
So please don't grill me on my past
My changes are now, I'm making you proud
I feel sun kissed, I'm on some drunk shit
Don't deconstruct it, today we're vibesin'
Today we're vibesin'.
And this world doesn't always spin the right way round
And this world doesn't always spin the right way round
Cos this world doesn't always love the right way round
So please don't think you've lost control
Make time for yourself, get lost in this sound
I feel sun kissed, out here we run shit
Good smoke we're bunnin', all smiles for the run in
Smiles for the run in.
I feel sun kissed, yeah (x2)
This is my one wish
Cos it's time to take it slow
We sip and we toke it's all that we know (x3)
I feel sun kissed, out here we run shit
You know this
I feel sun kissed
So please don't think you've lost control.

Hospital Record’s soulful drum and bass aficionado Makoto is back with his seventh studio album, ‘Motion Of Change’. Following on from his popular ‘What You Need’ EP and the vibrant ‘Maybe We’ll Make It (feat. Mark Force and Archaik)’, his new album brings a blend of jungle, jazz, funk, and soul with Makoto’s signature euphoric touch. With over twenty years in the game, Makoto’s immaculate discography and signature sound have seen the Japanese born producer pave the way for liquid drum & bass all the way into 2022. A true pioneer of his craft since his Good Looking Records days of the late 90s, he’s since racked up an impressive amount of releases on Innerground, UKF, Liquid V and his very own imprint Human Elements.
More recently, Makoto’s output includes his two Hospital albums ‘Salvation’ (2017) and ‘Tomodachi Sessions’ (2019), and the hugely popular ‘What You Need’ ft Vonne selected as the first ever drum & bass track to be played on Sarah Story’s BBC Radio 1 Future Dance show, alongside support from the likes of DJ Marky, Bryan Gee, Flava D, Nu:Tone, Lenzman and more.
The motivational ‘Step Into Your Power’ features ravishing vocals from rising D+B superstar Ruth Royall. Makoto’s production skills don’t go a miss as he cooks up luscious pad hits and a booming bottom end. With the pair recently releasing the flavourful ‘New Love’ on Soulvent Records, expect good vibes galore as two of the most uplifting sound suppliers in drum & bass collide once again.
Makoto unleashes spaced out synth work, soulful guitar licks and a dynamic crescendo of instrumentation on album title track ‘Motion Of Change’ with Hospital Records’ latest signing, the immensely talented singer-songwriter, SOLAH delivering sweet melodies and majestic high notes.
Makoto travels into deeper territories on ‘Explorer’ ft Degs, as he provides grittier production complete with a moody bassline. Labelmate and multi-talented vocalist, MC and producer Degs dishes out a slew of dynamic bars and dreamy harmonies for the pair’s first collaboration since ‘Illuminate’ on Makoto’s ‘Tomodachi Sessions’ in 2019.
Embracing his love for the original sound of the 90’s, the junglistic instrumental ‘Ascender’ brings future-retro synthesis, crisp cut breakbeats and a summery ambience that lays the foundation for the perfect sub-heavy slammer.
Makoto and London-based singer Karina Ramage reunite on ‘Without You’ after previously collaborating on ‘Shine On Through’, ‘I Don’t Wanna Wake Up’ and Forza favourites ‘Wading Through The Crowds’ and ‘Trial Mountain’. Karina’s soothingly crafted vocals compliment the sincere violins and trademark production prowess from Makoto, making ‘Without You’ another future soulful singalong anthem.
The album also features an eclectic mixture of both fresh and legendary talent from across the drum & bass circuit and beyond, brace yourself for a dynamic streak of sonic contributions from the likes of Singing Fats, Cleveland Watkiss, Liane Carroll, Lauren Archer, Rasmus Faber, Pete Simpson, LXT, and Helena May. You’ll be able to catch Makoto in the Albanian sun this summer at Hospitality On The Beach to soak up those ultimate feel-good vibes!

Since signing to Hospital Records in October 2012, Metrik finally arrives with his long-awaited debut album ‘Universal Language’, and believe us, it does not disappoint. Having already built a reputation as one of the hottest stars in d'n'b, he delivers an eclectic blend of anthemic and euphoric tracks to showcase his musically expansive sound.
Metrik demonstrates his uncompromising quality control by collaborating with high profile vocalists and producers. His chart topping debut single 'Want My Love' (Mixmag's 'Single Of The Month') features vocals from Elisabeth Troy of MJ Cole fame, who, fresh from touring with Clean Bandit brings an iconic, gorgeously soulful component to the table. Metrik reunites with vocalist Jan Burton for his second single ‘Human Again’ offering an infectious slice of summer d'n'b receiving heavy rotation across the festival circuit. Switching styles, we welcome the weighty lyrics from London based hip-hop artist Kyza as well as a collaboration with Australian bass music star ShockOne, adding their unique flavour to this sonically diverse body of work.
Performing at key events across the globe including Glastonbury, Global Gathering and Hospitality Brixton Academy, those fortunate to catch his energetic DJ sets have had a taste of the fire he has brought to this LP. Already a firm favourite of many A-list and radio DJ's alike, this album solidifies Metrik as one of the top tier artists in d'n'b and beyond.

After a six-year hiatus, everyone’s favourite Hospital compilation returns. Witness the sickness, this is drum & bass, this is 'Sick Music 2018'.
With 24 brand new tracks, the series that brought the world early stories of Netsky, Wilkinson, Sigma and Fred V & Grafix is back. The heritage of this series speaks volumes, and 'Sick Music 2018' takes the quality to a whole new level. Filled to the brim with dangerous dubplates this full spectrum injection is a must have for each and every D+B devotee.
Hospital's leading dancefloor duke Danny Byrd has taken things straight back to ’99 with ‘Devil’s Drop’. Firing on all cylinders he's keeping it raw, rolling and funky. In a similarly devilish fashion we have 'Bootstrap Bill’ finally unleashed by the enigmatic Unglued. Unashamedly destructive and executed with precision, this track is more dangerous than Donald Trump drunk on Twitter.
In a perfect fusion of Hospital and Med School, we see Fred V & Grafix's 'Hurricanes (Wild Love)' re-worked with pristine precision by everyone’s favourite prodigy Keeno. Keeping the vibe level at eleven, Hugh Hardie's delivered the gorgeous ‘Nightingale’, both seductively simple and oozing with elegance.
‘Just One Second’ by London Elektricity gets its first re-work since the late Apex’s famous remix on the very first Sick Music. The beautiful track see’s a sterling contemporary edit and is a testament to Mitekiss’ talent.
This album also brings the first solo single from the biggest name in D+B right now, Kings Of The Rollers. Fiercely pushing into new territory ‘Burnt Ends’ has been causing carnage on the dancefloor, getting double wheel-ups from across the globe.
Joining this rich tapestry of exemplary D+B are both veteran composers and new blood alike including: Klute, Whiney, Urbandawn, Reso, Logistics, John B, and of course Hospital Records' commander-in-chief London Elektricity.
The release will be available across all formats but its grandest form will take that off the highly limited box set. Featuring a CD, the 4x12” plates, some box set only stickers and an exclusive T-shirt. One for the collectors, this is not a release to be overlooked.

Their quarter-century birthday commemorations raise the bar once again as a variety of sounds and styles come together for a 174BPM compilation like no other.
DRS & Dynamite, two legends who have taken the scene by storm with their collaborative outfit, team up with Logistics for a new-wave remix of the 2009 heater ‘Jungle Music’. Wordsmiths by nature, DRS & Dynamite lay down carefully crafted bars paying homage to their love for jungle and its roots over Logistics’ revamped instrumental.
Stepping up for remix duties on Danny Byrd’s iconic ‘Salute (feat. MC GQ)’ is none other than the king of the amen, Remarc offering his clear cut production skill. Breaks processed to perfection and an unruly bassline are fused flawlessly with elements of the original, including the nostalgia-inducing horns and illustrious vocals of drum & bass veteran GQ.
An instantly recognisable anthem to any drum & bass fan and an undeniable staple in the Hospital Records back catalogue, ‘Beautiful Lies’ by B-Complex gets the remix treatment from L-Side who’s been making moves with the V Recordings crew. The future meets a classic as minimal bouncing drum work and ripping bass stabs instil bursts of brand new energy into the track.
Expect a collision of sonic realms in Halogenix’s remix of Kings Of The Rollers’ infamous ‘Shella (feat. Chimpo)’. Flying the flag for the Critical Music family, Halogenix’s 2021 rendition which has been generating excitement from corner to corner in the world of drum & bass for some time now unleashes an absolute growler of a bassline as Manchester’s very own Chimpo dominates the topline.
The highly sought after VIP of Metrik’s ‘Cadence (feat. Reija Lee)’ is finally seeing the light of day. Dreamlike synthesis and ravishing vocals build a picturesque soundscape which soon evolves into Metrik’s signature high-octane flow as he delivers cutting-edge dancefloor vibes.
Calling upon pioneers of the scene, from Dillinja’s remix of Urbandawn’s ‘Come Together (feat. Tyson Kelly)’ to Ray Keith’s weighty interpretation of ‘Drum & Bossa’ by Landslide, as well as trailblazing newcomers including the likes of Winslow and Stay-C, the cross-generational sounds of drum & bass are united in one place on ‘H25PITAL’. Brace yourself for a full spectrum adventure and then some, as Hospital Records embrace their impressive 25-year milestone in style.

Hospital Record’s favourite purveyor of all things rolling and funky is back, partnered with the one and only MC GQ for a legend-packed single. ‘Salute’ hits with a joint force, throwing back to the pioneering jungle sound, brought straight into 2018 with Danny Byrd’s signature dancefloor bounce.
A funky guitar intro leads into a fanfare of live recorded horns, keeping things rooted with sub-heavy bass and nostalgic broken-beats that rises as the lyrical domination from GQ begins - the perfect match for Danny’s amen-laden drumwork.
‘Salute’ is definitely the result of a master at work blending everything there is to love about drum & bass and sets the tone for what is an exciting year for the mighty Danny Byrd.

Degs’ latest release on Hospital Records sees a series of brand new interpretations of tracks from his debut album ‘Letters From Ndegwa’. Featuring six fresh remixes, adaptations and stripped back editions, ‘Versions From Ndegwa’ breathes a new lease of life into the original classics including renditions from Bladerunner, AC13, Winslow, T.R.A.C & Karina Ramage and Degs’ collaborative neo-soul project with his brother - Kikuyu Soul.
Bladerunner offers his weighty interpretation of ‘Sleepless’ (feat. Pola & Bryson) to get things underway. No stranger to laying down a killer remix, ethereal arpeggios float above the original three-note melody which paves the way for a sinister bassline and rolling drums. Young gun AC13 steps up next with his take on ‘The Roots’ originally produced by jungle long-timer Missing. Rumbling reeses and the soothing harmonies of Degs’ vocals set the track up before splashy amens and a classic liquid-style wobble bass take the lead.
Slowing things right down, it’s a family affair on the Kikuyu Soul version of ‘Levitate Your Mind’ as Degs and his brother MURIUKI team up to deliver a downtempo edition of the drum & bass original produced by Unglued, a real moment from the album already surpassing 1 million streams worldwide. Silky smooth keys, solemn strings and a hip-hop style beat lay the foundations for Degs to continue to spread his message of love and positivity.
‘Colour My Soul’ also gets the Kikuyu Soul treatment, as well as an official remix from US-based rising star Winslow. For those who have got their ear to the ground, it’s no secret that Winslow has been making serious moves. His version of ‘Colour My Soul (feat. Logistics)’ infuses airy atmospherics which complement the uplifting vocal melodies of Degs, with the UK meeting the USA on this stunner of a remix.
Following on from his Head Trip Sprayout project back in May, that encouraged MCs and vocalists from the drum & bass community and beyond to record themselves performing over Degs’ ‘Head Trip’ (feat. Phil:osophy), two entries came to fruition on an official release on Hospital Records. Legendary American MC T.R.A.C’s verse and the vocals of Karina Ramage see their sprayouts combined on this special version of the track!
Since signing with Hospital Records back in 2018, Degs’ meteoric rise up the ranks has seen him make serious waves. From curating guest mixes for the likes of Charlie Tee and Andi Durrant on Kiss Fresh to launching his very own Degscast series, it’s been nothing but success for Degs since previous hits such as ‘Poveglia’ and his ‘Mixtape Sprayout’, quickly establishing him as one of the most versatile singer/songwriter, MC, and vocalist in drum & bass.
