Vintage & Morelli recently treated us to the uplifting progressive number "Ascension," the first single from his forthcoming artist album, "Hymn To The Night." Beloved label veteran Talamanca, the acclaimed trance & progressive composer, presents "Arrivals & Departures," his highly anticipated debut artist album. A prolific and celebrated artist, whose oeuvre begins at the onset of the 2010s, Talamanca is known for a melodic, Balearic-flavored sound, which captures both the natural wonder and nightlife-induced euphoria of the White Isle. His sun-kissed anthems, which have appeared on "Group Therapy," "Electric For Life," and "Global Warm Up," amongst other top-tier international radio shows, never fail to render his fans' hearts aglow.

As the title would suggest, Talamanca's album evokes the incomparable enchantment of a never-before-experienced travel destination, especially one as naturally beautiful and therapeutic to the soul as Ibiza. The contribution of veteran artist David Broaders to our label cannot be overstated. His emotive progressive anthems have graced many of our most ambitious releases over the past decade, most notably various editions of our "Silk Music Showcase" and "Only Silk" compilation series. Yet, the release of a new EP of original works from the Irish phenom is a relatively rare offering from our stable. In preparation for their upcoming artist album on Silk Music, American artist Blugazer has paired up with talented vocalist Catherine to present their new moniker, Blue Symmetry. In the past, Blugazer has contributed to Silk Music with acclaimed singles like "Ethereal Concepts" and "Feel Me Wondering." We are proud to present their new single, "Take Me With You," taken from their upcoming artist album, "Color The Afterglow." On remix duties are chillout and downtempo veterans State Azure (UK) and SineRider (USA).

The Original Mix quickly introduces a spellbinding atmosphere, featuring lush pads and gorgeous melodies. Later, Catherine's breathtaking vocals unite beautifully with the stunning breakbeat. The soundscape is continuously spiced up with additional textures, as the song progresses.

State Azure's remix takes off with an array of impressive arpeggio melodies and remarkable sound effects. Shortly thereafter, unmistakably striking percussion stems emerge, which combine wonderfully with the numerous detailed background synths and string melodies.

A wondrous atmosphere is quickly established in SineRider's take. Strong bassline notes soon start to dominate the track, while Catherine's vocals are smoothly added on top. Throughout the remix, the well-structured percussion lines provide refreshing and enjoyable texture.

In 2020, no artist contributed more music to our stable than Meeting Molly, whose cinematic compositions blend a variety of deep, progressive, and organic house grooves and atmospheric textures. His first offering of 2021, “Jangitau,” is a breathtaking house EP, which once again showcases his immense talent for crafting visionary, ethnic electronic soundscapes.

Last year, A.M.R graced our label with several extraordinary EPs and quickly established himself as one of the leading deep house talents on our roster. The Qatari virtuoso is back with a three-track EP that is deep and exceedingly soulful. As a whole, the release evokes the wistful, melancholic feelings that accompany summer sunsets, captured by the Japanese phrase "mono no aware."

We are very proud to present the third installment of our "Chillout Sessions" series, a collection of elegant, relaxing, and profound new tracks, once again compiled and mixed by Silk Music's chillout ambassador Gorm Sorensen. This time around, Gorm is pleased to share mixing duties with Silk Music veteran Sundriver, the acclaimed melodic progressive maestro. Sundriver has contributed three brand new original compositions of his own to "Chillout Sessions 03," all of which evince his uncanny penchant for (breathtaking) atmospheric textures and lush melody lines. It is an absolute treat to experience the fruits of his long-overdue sonic experiments in this genre. Silk Music fans will also recognize this album's many other veteran contributors -- The Cynic Project, Blugazer, State Azure, ElDera, Approaching Black, Delectatio, Stan Chetverikov, Sound Quelle, Veeshy, Inuuro, and Manu Zain -- while Hannah Sumner and swoof make lovely first-time appearances on our label.
