Originally from Mexico City and Buenos Aires respectively, Vicente García Landa and Matias Bieniaszewski met through a record-shop owning older brother — coming together to form One Second Bridge and in doing so bringing their loves of pop, electronica, shoegaze and delicate psychedelia together in a crucible of audio rightness. One Second Bridge released their self-titled debut in 2006 through Berlin/Manchester's City Centre Offices and received widespread critical acclaim, often describing it as a step forward in the indie-electronica-experimental crossover. The record was reissued a year later by Mexico's Static Discos. The duo produced more music but soon after parted ways (this music saw the light of day in the 2010 release by Japan's Symbolic Interaction, EP + Remixes) to focus on their individual projects: Vicente in his solo project, Fonogram and Matias in a new band, Stab. 2010 also brought the final One Second Bridge album, a self-released collection of demos and rarities called B-Sides.

New York duo Invisible Conga People produces analog-based psychedelic dance music and made their recording debut on the fashionable indie electronic label Italians Do It Better. Formed in 2006, the duo is comprised of Justin Simon (guitar) and Eric Tsai (synths, programming) and goes to great lengths to avoid using computers to produce and perform their music, preferring instead analog equipment and lots of effects pedals. The duo cites krautrock legends Can as a primary influence, along with contemporary Japanese psychedelic music. In fact, Simon, who is fluent in Japanese and who lived in Japan for six years, is the founder of Mesh-Key Records, a boutique label specializing in contemporary Japanese pysch (artists including We Acediasts, Nagisa Yoko, Chie Mukai, and Yura Yura Teikoku). In 2008 Invisible Conga People made their recording debut with the Cable Dazed 12" on Italians Do It Better, a label generally associated with Glass Candy. In addition to their recordings, the duo also performs live.

Myamo's laid-back and sexy "Maybe." City lights blur as the camera pans by prostitutes working their posts behind windows in what appears to be a European Red Light District. Shots of another girl laying on her back, laughing flirtatiously and hands plucking marijuana buds slip and and out.
Ganju's half of the video, featuring "Spirit of the Forest," juxtaposes these images with some nature shots. We take a surreal trip into the forest sliced occasionally by streaks of video taken from other, similar shots.
