Bien, contarles que en principio realizaba audios subliminales para mi uso, me agrada informarme al respecto de ahí comencé a probar técnicas para los audios, diferentes formas para las afirmaciones, las visualizaciones y sensaciones de los audios; 
Basado en mis experiencias decidí compartir el resultado de mi trabajo y espero seguir mejorando.

En resumen;

》》Las afirmaciones que uso son: positivas, en primera persona, en forma de pregunta y muchas son bastante especificas.

》》La técnica que uso para los audios esta basada en una mezcla entre distorciones del speed y silent.

|N o t a s ;;

|l Escucha el audio a volumen moderado y usando audífonos (no es completamente necesario el uso de audífonos sin embargo es más recomendable)
|l Meditar o visualizar ayudará a que tengas mejores resultados y más rápidos.
|l No es necesario ver el video, pero te ayudará a estar en un estado de
hipnosis | visualización .
|l No hago pedidos, sin embargo siempre estan abiertas las sugerencias.
|l Recomiendo escucharlo con un mínimo de 3 veces por día y sin ningúna restricción máxima.
|l Hidratate bebiendo agua, también puedes despejar un poco tu mente caminando
|l Puedes escuchar el audio haciendo cualquier actividad cotidiana, siempre y cuando no te perjudique.
|l Puedes escuchar la cantidad de audios que deseas siempre tomando las medidas adecuadas.
