The in-game unlockable Hospital Records radio station is hosted by label co-founders Tony Colman (London Elektricity) and Chris Goss, with featured artists including Metrik, Fred V & Grafix, Etherwood, S.P.Y, Logistics, London Elektricity, Kings Of The Rollers and more, available exclusively in the ‘Forza Horizon 4: Hospital Soundtrack’.

Forza Horizon 4 is currently available in the Ultimate Edition and will be available worldwide on Oct. 2. The full soundtrack will be available digitally and on streaming platforms on the 26th of October, with 6 tracks being cut especially for a limited edition vinyl release.

The follow up to the humungous "Ill Behaviour" single, "We Can Have It All" eases the tempo down to 140bpm for some blissed out, euphoric rave music - 2010 style. Written on a plane as Danny travelled to a weekend gigging in Europe, the tune could have been called "Mile High Club", but after the incredible vocal from Tori Beaumont was added, "We Can Have It All" became self fulfilling prophecy.

Breakbeat Kaos' hottest property Sigma have been drafted in on remix duty. Cam and Joe have delivered a storming re-rub cranking the 140bpm original up to current D+B tempo with aplomb. This remix was debuted in Danny Byrd's Radio One essential mix, and has quickly found favour with Fabio, DJ Friction and other big dogs in the D+B scene.

18 year old prodigies Koan Sound deliver their bristolian dubstep remix, adding 2010 grit to the 90s sound but keeping the tempo locked at 140bpm. Koan Sound are ones to watch -- with tunes appearing in Pendulum's Radio one Essential Mix, and a host of hot dubstep imprints clamouring to release their music.

Also in the package Brummy breakbeat badboy Barbarix's remix of "Ill Behaviour" which winds down the tempo of the original and twists up the West Country bassline with an articulate low end wobble. The instrumental of "We Can Have It All" is included and will no doubt be popular with DJs and mash-up freaks.

This year Hospital Records announced an unexpected addition to their roster, Brazilian-born Urbandawn.

Previously unknown in the spheres of drum & bass yet has shone through with his melodic and soulful drum & bass that’s polished to perfection. Following his well-received debut single “Neon Nights” is the charming “Cloudless” EP - four tracks encompassing every element of Urbandawn from his sweet-natured, warming tones to high-energy dance-floor impacts.

Title-track “Cloudless’ is the result of an unexpected session in London Elektricity’s south-east London home-studio. Expect an instantly inviting vocal-lead arrangement performed by “Just One Second” singer Elsa Esmeralda who compliments the instrumental qualities with a beautiful, harmonic performance.

Adding another string to his bow is an unorthodox title for an unorthodox track. Screaming for the dance is Urbandawn’s ‘Pavlov’s Dog’ that uses unconventional arrangements and unusual sounds in an effort to make noise against the rising glamorization and formulaic predictability of “EDM culture”. Jazz inspired piano chords lead the way over fierce beats in “Under Your Sheets” followed by a call back to the summer months with “Vona”.

Fred V & Grafix bring a breath of fresh air with their long-awaited second album ‘Oxygen’. Hospital Records are extremely proud to present ‘Smile & Wave’, the second studio album from drum & bass’ friendliest MC, Inja. With the biggest smile on his face, the lyricist, vocalist, poet, artist and storyteller delivers 16 tracks, seamlessly weaved together through Inja’s infectiously feel-good flow and sincere wordsmithery. The entire album was produced by Whiney, further cementing their relationship as one of the most untestable dance music pairings. Also featuring Charlotte Haining, Eva Lazarus, DRS, Fox, Cleveland Watkiss, Singing Fats, and DJ Marky.

Album title track ‘Smile & Wave’ is the musical embodiment of Inja’s playful demeanour. Known for being the world’s smiliest artist, Inja wrote and recorded this feel-good bouncer alongside his daughter who is “pretty much the first person to hear anything” he’s up to musically. Expect a rude bassline and infectious wordplay.

Teaming up with superstar singer-songwriter Charlotte Haining, ‘Reach Out’ sees two of the most distinct voices in dance music come together over a bittersweet wobbler written about times when you feel “so out of place, out of reach” in the words of Inja. Having worked alongside an impressive array of electronic artists including Hybrid Minds, Sub Focus, My Nu Leng and Friction, Charlotte’s delicately powerful hooks are the perfect counterpart to Inja’s heartfelt flows.

Luscious pads and dubbed out pianos and guitars set the scene on ‘Baby Angel’ featuring the worldwide wave-maker Eva Lazarus who returns to Hospital Records for the first time since featuring on Etherwood’s ‘Light My Way Home’ back in 2015. Having worked alongside staple figures including Mungo’s Hi-Fi, Zed Bias and Gentlemen’s Dub Club, Eva infuses her reggae, hip-hop and jungle flavours alongside Inja’s humbling storytellings.

Inja’s “personal favourite to perform live as it smashes every and any system”, ‘Explode’, is a 140BPM anthem featuring flows that will ignite any room and a killer instrumental that will have you bobbing no questions asked. Proving himself to be a versatile and skillful microphone controller, Inja’s ability to shell down any tempo is ever more apparent on this upfront banger.

Three legendary MCs unite on ‘Hands, Lights, Flames, Phones’ where Inja joins forces with two of Manchester’s very finest - DRS and Fox. Sharp lyricism is rife as the triple threat of three titan wordsmiths link up, seeing energetic bars bouncing off each other over a cold-cut drum & bass roller. This is a combination not to be tested.

Inja has established himself as a pinnacle figure within the realms of drum & bass. Loved for his ability to express his thoughts into honest, relatable lyrics in ‘She Just Wanna Dance’, a spoken word piece for Amnesty International that was a viral online hit in 2017, and more recently switching it up to ‘We Just Wanna Dance’ during the UK lockdown, expressing his desire to be reconnected with ravers again. On top of being the MC of choice for drum & bass powerhouse group Kings Of The Rollers, Inja is no stranger to tearing things up on the airwaves with support from the likes of DJ Target, Rene LaVice and Danny Byrd on BBC Radio 1 over the years. Logistics, one of Hospital Records’ most prolific artists, is back with his seventh studio album ‘Hologram’. Dance music icon Netsky has taken the drum & bass scene by storm since the announcement of his highly anticipated return to Hospital Records for his fourth studio album. ‘Second Nature’ represents Netsky’s everlasting love for his D&B roots that has sent shockwaves throughout the dance community. His journey comes full circle as his brand new record marks the 10 year anniversary since his self-titled Hospital debut, with collaborations on the 18-track long-player from Sub Focus, Becky Hill, Rudimental, Hybrid Minds, and Urbandawn to name a few. ‘Second Nature’ is teed up to be a remarkable and seminal release for drum & bass lovers around the world.

Bringing his classic liquid sound into 2020 alongside New Zealand based prodigy Montell2099 who has worked with the likes of Diplo, 21 Savage, Lil Wayne and Mr. Carmack, future bass meets Netsky’s signature soulful groove on ‘Mixed Emotions’, paying tribute to New Zealand and the love and support he has received there over the past decade of his career as an artist and DJ.

Multi Brit-Award winning drum & bass powerhouse Rudimental and their official vocalist Afronaut Zu jump into the picture for ‘Blend’, which sees groove filled vocals rolled out alongside a slick bassline, vibrant trumpets, Netsky’s feel-good melodies, and Rudimental’s signature uplifting style.

Covering the Deniece Williams classic, ‘Free’ is reminiscent of Netsky’s love for funk & soul, introduced by his father from a young age, that can also be felt in ‘I Choose You’ (a cover of Willie Hutch’s ‘I Choose You) and ‘Everybody Loves The Sunshine’ (feat. Chantal Kashala & Daddy Waku)’ (covering Roy Ayers’ ‘Everybody Loves The Sunshine’). ‘Free’ takes you back to the original sounds of Netsky with a trademark liquid bassline and unforgettable brass topline, as sincere vocals and old school breakbeats tie the track together into a nostalgic number infused with the sounds of today.

‘Look At Me Go’ features breakbeat and UK hardcore champion Darren Styles. This four to the floor slammer with its thumping kick drum and catchy vocal sample has already received support from the likes of Sub Focus and Dimension. Coming together with Hospital’s very own Urbandawn, ‘Power’ sees the epic collision of two heavyweights as halftime drums and a slapping double bass kick start the jam, followed by the takeover of sweltering synths and sonically searing drums.

‘Destiny’ is a high voltage dancefloor anthem as Netsky joins forces with fellow drum & bass stalwart Sub Focus with Jozzy on the vocals. Big room synths inject energising vibrations on this electrifying cut which truly is a collaboration of legends. Plus, soulful pianos are paired with the unifying vocals of Becky Hill as she throws back to her second nature, and graces her first drum & bass track for several years on the heartfelt banger ‘Hold On’.

In what was “the biggest challenge of (their) lives”, in February 2020, Austrian drum & bass duo Camo & Krooked collaborated with the legendary composer Christian Kolonovits to mix electronic music with symphonic sounds and perform live with a 74-piece orchestra. After several months of dedication the result was ‘Red Bull Symphonic’, premiered with two exclusive shows in an even more exclusive location, Vienna’s Wiener Konzerthaus, a first-choice venue for the world's leading classical composers.

Needless to say, the result was spectacular and now alongside Red Bull’s documentary of the project, Hospital Records are releasing the full showcase as a 22-track live album Featuring the pair’s biggest and best-loved hits all performed by the 74-piece orchestra, this is a drum & bass album like you’ve never heard before. Leaders of the new generation and purveyors of dancefloor chaos Serum, Voltage and Bladerunner return to the frontline of drum & bass with their debut, self-titled album ‘Kings Of The Rollers’. Whilst each has their own high-grade production style, these three royals have managed to create a sum greater than their parts, as they steamroll through all the rules to deliver an absolute bruiser of an LP.

Across seventeen tracks expect up-front rollers, techy 2-step beats and pure knockout D+B bangers, complemented with slick jazzy numbers and a wide variety of vocal-lead tracks. It’s safe to say they’ve lived up to the hype with their most dynamic and diverse release to date.

Amongst the carnage highlights include ‘You Got Me’. A towering tear-out beast ladened with thrashing amens and a thundering bassline that’s ready to push every speaker to it’s limits. Low frequency growler ‘Shella’ is peppered with steppy jungle nuances, with Mancunian dance music innovator Chimpo featuring on both production and vocals for an all-round roughneck sheller. ‘Round Here’ is a brazen jungle prowler with Bristolian lyricist Redders at the helm for a future classic anthem.

Whilst being predominantly known for their heavyweight productions and outrageous D+B screamers, the new album also showcases a variety of different flavours. Jungle roller ‘On The Run’ features the smooth spoken word of Queen Rose and ‘Tisno’ brings a warm steppy swing, inspired by their time spent at the very first Hospitality On The Beach.

Hospital’s three kings have set the scene on fire with their electrifying DJ sets and headline festival performances. Their new ‘Royal Rumble‘ tour takes them all over the UK in 2019 with shows in London, Bristol, Brighton, Manchester and beyond.
