Renegade Hardware are proud to announce the first solo single by new signing Trilo. Having been introduced earlier this year via the Compound One EP and follow up feature on the the collaborative Multiverse EP, his first solo release for the institution comes in the form of three tracks: Enterprise, Prozac and Baracks.
Combining dark atmospherics with, ripping, deformed and ultimately brutally effective bassline science, with punchy, dancefloor ready drums, Trilo - who has previously appeared on notable labels such as Disturbed, Citrus, Syndrome Audio, Fokus and more – is a producer that is set to take dark atmospheric rolling DnB to the next level.
Enterprise kicks things off with a highly visual, dark ambient build up with shards of evil bass signalling the carnage that is soon to follow. Utilising a punchy, rolling old school 2-step beat to frame the shadowy atmospheric mastery and the hefty, sub laden, hyperactive, mutant reese baseline.
Trilo utilises production techniques from outside of drum and bass; the ambient builds of abstract electronica, the bassline craft of neurofunk and dubstep on top of electro synth lines and a classical music approach to both melody and harmony singling this talented producer out as one to watch and a sonic auteur par excellence.
