2 years after Signs of Life, Lewis Ross returns to APEIRON with the premiere of "This Town". Lewis Ross is an emerging indie-folk artist from the Scottish countryside. Taking influence from the likes of Bon Iver, Pinegrove, and Gregory Alan Isakov. Lewis released his first EP – Colder Days – at age 19, including the track ‘Signs of Life’, a co-write between himself and Benjamin Francis Leftwich This track received massive support from Apeiron with 'Signs of Life' reaching over 2.5 million views on the channel.
Since then, Lewis has taken the past 2 years out of the music scene to work on his sound and style and is now back with his brand new single, “This Town”.
The track highlights the improvement and maturity Lewis has made over his time away, with stronger vocals, more instrumental experimenting, and an overall more confident sound. The main focus of "This Town" is the idea of growing up in a small rural town. It is a personal song that looks into the common feelings of outgrowth and isolation.
