Clyde Munroe is a director and editor from Pittsburgh, PA. She grew up filming her siblings constantly, they spent most of their free time shooting mock music videos and shorts around their neighborhood. Her family inspired her to pursue directing professionally, which she is now doing full time in LA.

“In spirit of U2 reimagining their songs - our video reimagines the character from the 1993 video. We show her driving 30 years later, finally at peace and living the life the original video had hoped for. When I think of U2 I think about driving to school with my dad blasting Vertigo with the windows down. I have so many happy memories from that time associated with their songs. This video pays tribute to the character, but also to the nostalgic joy U2’s music evokes.”
