► Jungle Mix - [Drum & Bass] - July 2016

Some absolutely thunderous tracks in this mix, starting off with 'Return To The Jungle' by Quantum Mechanix, the sublime 'Suve La Musica' by Cosmology flings around snares like it's 1997 all over again. The mighty Seba came from nowhere a few months ago with the nostalgic 'Jungle Music'. I absolutely had to throw 'Taiga' in here, quite possibly the best jungle track I've heard this decade, nothing short of sensational from Reso. S.P.Y's diversity has no boundary, and he features twice here both with remixes, firstly doing a fine job on Fred V & Grafix's 'Ultraviolet' and secondly doing justice to 'Back To The Streets' by the brilliant BCee. Etherwood also features here, and totally kills it with his remix of S.P.Y's 'What The Future Holds'. It was hard to improve on the original, but Etherwood did it again.
